研究目的：

建立中医干预下临床观察指标随时间动态变化的模型，分析影响股骨头坏死病程变化的关键因素，构建其关键要素与ONFH病程发展阶段、预后结局指标的网络关系，建立能提供诊前、诊中和诊后决策的ONFH中医临床决策支持系统，为优化ONFH临床干预方案提供证据支持。

Objectives of Study：

To establish a model for the dynamic changes of clinical observation indexes over time under TCM intervention, analyze the key factors affecting the changes in the course of femoral head necrosis, construct a network relationship between its key elements and the stages of ONFH disease development and prognostic outcome indexes, establish a TCM clinical decision support system for ONFH that can provide pre-clinical, clinical and post-clinical decision making, and provide evidence support for optimizing clinical intervention programs for ONFH.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合股骨头坏死诊断标准； ②初次就诊年龄为18-70 岁；

Inclusion criteria

(i) meeting the diagnostic criteria for femoral head necrosis. (ii) Age at first visit is 18-70 years.

排除标准：

①就诊及治疗中使用影响血脂代谢及肝酶药物的患者； ②创伤性 ONFH 患者或 ONFH 患者合并其它髋骨关节疾病； ③纳入变量的缺失值比例超过 20%的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(i) Patients who are seen and treated with drugs that affect lipid metabolism and liver enzymes. (ii) Patients with traumatic ONFH or patients with ONFH combined with other hip orthopedic disorders. (iii) Patients with more than 20% of missing values for the included variables.
