研究目的：

运用多种手段探索得气与不得气时客观指标的变化规律，从而客观表征得气。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the change rule of objective index between deqi and non-deqi by Various methods, so as to objectively characterize deqi.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.性别不限，18≤年龄≤40岁，身体健康； 2.体重：45~80kg ，BMI：19~24； 3.生活起居规律，无吸烟、饮酒、长期饮浓茶或咖啡等不良嗜好； 4.健康体检项目正常，体格检查未发现临床意义的阳性体征，无器质性疾病史，无心、肝、脾、肺、肾、消化道、神经系统等病史，无慢性躯体疾病，无长期药物治疗史，无血小板异常、血友病、凝血功能障碍等血液系统疾病； 5.个人无精神异常及家族精神疾病史； 6.试验前7天内未接受针刺、拔罐治疗者； 7.试验前3周内未服用任何药物； 8.受试者自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Gender is not limited, aged 18 to 40 years, in good health; 2. Body weight: 45 ~ 80kg, BMI: 19 ~ 24; 3. Regular daily life, no smoking, drinking, long-term drinking of tea or coffee and other bad habits; 4. The physical examination items were normal, no positive signs of clinical significance were found in physical examination, no history of organic diseases, no history of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, digestive tract, nervous system, no chronic physical diseases, no history of long-term drug treatment, no blood system diseases such as platelet abnormality, hemophilia, coagulation dysfunction, etc; 5. There was no mental disorder or family history of mental illness; 6. Those who did not receive acupuncture or cupping treatment within 7 days before the experiment; 7. No medication was taken within 3 weeks before the trial; 8. The subjects signed the informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.体内金属器件植入者（金属假牙、骨折固定钢板等）； 3.焦虑自评量表（Self-rating Anxiety Scale, SAS）标准分≥50分、抑郁自评量表（Self-rating Depression Scale, SDS）标准分≥50分或简易精神量表（mini-mental state examination, MMSE）＜27分者； 4.身体存在外伤、皮损等，或在所需取穴位及其周围有皮肤感染、溃疡； 5.试验近一周内参加过或正在参加其他临床研究者； 6.月经期、妊娠期及哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Metal implants (metal dentures, fracture fixation plates, etc.); 2. The contraindications of acupuncture and moxibustion were syncope or blood sickness; 3. Self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) standard score >= 50, self rating Depression Scale (SDS) standard score >= 50 or mini mental state examination (MMSE) < 27; 4. There are trauma, skin lesions, etc. in the body, or there are skin infections and ulcers around the needful acupoints; 5. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical studies within the past week of the trial; 6. Women in menstruation, pregnancy and lactation.
