研究目的：

利用肺结节影像组学特征、中医临床信息、片段组学联合特征与病理亚型诊断关联规律，构建高危肺结节诊断预测模型。

Objectives of Study：

Construct a high-risk pulmonary nodule diagnostic prediction model by utilizing the radiomics features of pulmonary nodules clinical information of traditional Chinese medicine combined features of segmental omics and the association rules with pathological subtype diagnosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①患者年龄18-75岁；②每位患者胸部CT提示有≥1个的肺小结节，且大小≤2cm，结节中的纯磨玻璃成分≥50%；③术后患者有明确的病理诊断考虑为肺腺癌或者良性病变；④既往五年内无其他肿瘤疾病或治疗史。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients aged 18-75 years;② Each patient's chest CT demonstrates ≥1 pulmonary nodule(s) measuring ≤2 cm in size with pure ground-glass component accounting for ≥50% of the nodule(s);③ Postoperative patients have confirmed pathological diagnosis indicative of lung adenocarcinoma or benign lesions;④ No history of other malignant diseases or antitumor treatments within the past five years.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据来源于江苏省中医院门诊系统，由研究人员记录受试者的症状、体征、肺结节影像特点、实验室检查等各种数据，录入excel整理后形成电子版病历记录表。随访过程中逐步完善表格数据并上传临床试验公共管理平台（ResMan）。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data comes from the outpatient system of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine where researchers record various data such as symptoms signs imaging characteristics of pulmonary nodules laboratory tests etc. of the subjects and input them into Excel to form an electronic version of the medical record table. During the follow-up process gradually improve the table data and upload it to the clinical trial public management platform (ResMan).
