研究目的：

（1）构建基于姜良铎教授学术思想及经验的图神经网络，搭建实现师承教学、人才交流、智能辅助病案分析、科研成果转化功能于一体的名老中医经验智能传承平台。 （2）利用图神经网络，产生姜良铎教授临床诊治优势病种的新理论、新方药，并展开相应的临床研究（肺结节队列研究），最终形成基于姜良铎教授学术思想及经验的创新研究成果。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Construct a graph neural network based on Professor Jiang Liangduo's academic ideas and experience to build an intelligent inheritance platform for renowned old TCM practitioners that integrates functions such as master-apprentice teaching talent exchange intelligent auxiliary case analysis and research conversion. (2) Utilize the graph neural network to generate new theories and prescriptions for the clinical treatment of diseases where Professor Jiang Liangduo has an advantage and conduct corresponding clinical studies (such as a lung nodule cohort study). Ultimately this will lead to innovative research outcomes based on Professor Jiang Liangduo's academic ideas and experience.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）确诊为肺结节的患者；（2）年龄18~80岁，性别不限；（3）根据《肺结节诊治中国专家共识（2018年版）》，建议进行定期胸部CT检查随访者；（4）无严重基础疾病者；（5）无精神疾病者；（6）自愿参与研究并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with lung nodules; (2) Age between 18 and 80 years gender unrestricted; (3) According to the "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Nodules (2018 Edition)" individuals recommended for regular follow-up chest CT examinations; (4) Individuals without severe underlying diseases; (5) Individuals without mental health disorders; (6) Voluntary participation in the study and signing of the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）已确诊恶性肿瘤的患者；（2）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；（3）合并肝肾功能异常者；（4）正在其它临床试验中。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who have been diagnosed with malignant tumors; (2) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (3) Individuals with liver or kidney function abnormalities; (4) Those currently participating in other clinical trials.
