研究目的：

（1）实现中医证候数据数字化采集，建立研究数据库；（2）实现中医证候与不良结局的智能化建模；（3）实现可视化实时预警。

Objectives of Study：

(i) digital collection of TCM evidence data and establishment of a research database; (ii) intelligent modeling of TCM evidence and adverse outcomes; and (iii) visualization of real-time early warning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合中华医学会 2023 年《抑郁症中西医结合诊疗指南》诊断标准；（2）年龄 45-75 岁；（3）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(i) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Medical Association's 2023 Guidelines for Integrative Medicine and Western Medicine Treatment of Depression; (ii) Age 45-75 years old; (iii) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患有继发抑郁障碍的躯体疾病；（2）已知的酗酒或物质依赖；（3）西医临床诊断为非抑郁障碍性精神病；（4）肝肾功能严重不全者；（5）孕期、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(i) somatic diseases with secondary depressive disorders; (ii) known alcoholism or substance dependence; (iii) non-depressive psychosis clinically diagnosed by Western medicine; (iv) severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (v) pregnant and lactating women.
