研究目的：

本研究旨在评估艾灸治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效和安全性，并探索其可能的作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of moxibustion in treating chronic nonspecific low back pain and to explore its potential underlying mechanisms of action.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合CNLBP诊断标准； （2）年龄20~55岁，男女不限； （3）数字评定量表（NRS）≥3分； （4）依从性好，并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic nonspecific low back pain (CNLBP); (2) Aged between 20 and 55 years with no gender restriction; (3) Scoring ≥3 on the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) for pain; (4) Demonstrating good compliance and voluntarily signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）误诊； （2）有腰部外伤、腰椎脱位或手术史； （3）影像学检查存在脊柱特异性病变及神经根性病变，如脊柱畸形、骨折、肿瘤以及腰椎间盘突出压迫神经根等； （4）合并严重的系统性疾病及精神障碍者； （5）妊娠及哺乳期妇女； （6）患处皮肤破溃、感染及对艾灸过敏者； （7）近3个月接受影响本研究结果的相关治疗者； （8）正在参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Misdiagnosis; (2) History of lumbar trauma lumbar dislocation or prior lumbar surgery; (3) Presence of specific spinal or nerve root pathology on imaging studies such as spinal deformity fracture tumor or lumbar disc herniation compressing nerve roots; (4) Concomitant severe systemic diseases or psychiatric disorders; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Individuals with skin ulceration infection or allergy to moxibustion at the treatment site; (7) Those who have received relevant treatments affecting the study outcomes within the past 3 months; (8) Individuals currently participating in other clinical trials.

随机数字将由对治疗和分组不知情的统计人员使用SAS 9.4生成，并密封在按顺序编号的不透明信封中。信封将被送至各研究中心，并保存在由专人负责保管的双锁柜中。在获得符合条件的参与者的知情同意后，实施者将打开信封，根据信封内容将患者分配到艾灸组或假艾灸组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Randomization numbers will be generated by a statistician blinded to treatment allocation and group assignment using SAS 9.4. These numbers will be sealed in sequentially numbered opaque envelopes. The envelopes will be delivered to each research center and stored in a double-locked cabinet under the custody of a designated staff member. After obtaining informed consent from eligible participants the investigator will open the envelope and assign the patient to either the moxibustion group or the sham moxibustion group based on the envelope's contents.
