研究目的：

完成纳入 1000 例以上老年肌少症受试者，明确易筋经运动对老年肌少症的 康复结局、量效关系及成本效益；并从肌肉电生理和运动力学角度探讨易筋经运 动干预老年肌少症的作用环节和可能机制；研制便携式易筋经动作评估设备，搭 建易筋经干预老年肌少症社区应用信息管理平台，为老年肌少症中医康复技术的 社区应用与推广提供设备和平台。

Objectives of Study：

To complete the enrollment of more than 1000 elderly subjects with sarcopenia, to clarify the effects of Yi Jin Jing exercise on the rehabilitation outcome and cost-effectiveness of sarcopenia in the elderly; and to explore the effects of Yi Jin Jing exercise on the To define the rehabilitation outcome, quantitative-effective relationship and cost-effectiveness of Yi Jin Jing exercise on aging sarcopenia; to explore the effects and possible mechanisms of Yi Jin Jing exercise from the perspectives of muscle electrophysiology and movement mechanics; to develop a portable Yi Jin Jing movement evaluation device and to set up an equipment for the evaluation of Yi Jin Jing. We will also explore the effects and possible mechanisms of Yi Jin Jing exercise on sarcopenia in the elderly from the perspectives of muscle electrophysiology and exercise mechanics. To develop portable Yijin Jing movement assessment equipment and build an information management platform for community application of Yijin Jing intervention for sarcopenia, so as to provide equipment and platform for community application and promotion of Chinese medicine rehabilitation techniques for sarcopenia in the elderly. 纳入标准：

①符合上诉肌少症诊断标准； ②年龄≥60 岁； ③最近三个月未从事有规律的运动锻炼（每周至少 3 次，每次至少 20 分钟）； ④自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

① Meets the diagnostic criteria for appellate sarcopenia; ② Age ≥ 60 years; ③ Not engaged in regular exercise (at least 3 times a week, each time at least 20 minutes) in the last three months; (iv) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

①有肌肉骨骼系统疾病及其他运动禁忌者； ②视听力、理解障碍、文盲等不能配合测试者； ③合并痴呆、躁狂、精神疾病史者； ④其他功能障碍导致功能评估无法配合者； ⑤正在参加影响本研究结果的其它研究试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Those with musculoskeletal system diseases and other contraindications to exercise; ② Those who are unable to cooperate with the test due to visual-hearing, comprehension disorders, illiteracy, etc; ③ Those with a history of combined dementia, mania, or mental illness; ④ Other functional disorders that make the functional assessment unable to cooperate; ⑤ Those who are participating in other research trials that affect the results of this study;

由试验设计者在研究开始前，使用电脑产生随机数字表，将对象按 1：1：1： 1 比例完全随机分为易筋经低频组、易筋经中频组、易筋经高频组和等待治疗组。 由于易筋经运动无法对受试者、研究者设盲，因此对研究结果评估者、统计分析 者设盲，研究结果统计分析完成后揭盲。

A computer-generated random number table was used by the trial designer before the start of the study to randomize the subjects in a 1:1:1: 1 ratio were completely randomized into Yi Jin Jing low frequency group, Yi Jin Jing medium frequency group, Yi Jin Jing high frequency group and waiting for treatment group. Since the Yi Jin Jing exercise could not be blinded to the subjects and researchers, the evaluator of the study results and the statistical analyzer were blinded. The blinding of the evaluator and statistical analysis of the study results was done.
