研究目的：

评价早期电针干预对前列腺根治术患者术后尿控恢复的有效性和安全性

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of early electroacupuncture intervention on urinary continence recovery after radical prostatectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-80岁（含18岁和80岁），确诊为局限性前列腺癌并接受前列腺根治术的患者； （2）术前检查示肿瘤临床分期≤cT2bN0M0; （3）ECOG评分为0～1分； （4）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients aged 18-80 years old (including 18 and 80 years old) diagnosed with localized prostate cancer and undergoing radical prostatectomy; (2) Clinical stage of tumor ≤cT2bN0M0; (3) ECOG score of 0-1; (4) voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）术前合并有逼尿肌过度活动症、尿道狭窄、急迫性尿失禁、压力性尿失禁、充盈性尿失禁者； （2）术前IPSS≥20分； （3）合并有泌尿生殖系统感染性疾病者（如急性尿道炎、急性膀胱炎）； （4）有盆腔放疗史者； （5）既往曾行前列腺手术者； （6）严重的心血管疾病、肝肾功能不全、凝血功能障碍者； （7）有精神疾病或心理障碍不能正常表述者； （8）研究前1个月接受过针灸治疗者； （9）惧针、晕针或排斥针灸治疗者； （10）研究者认为有不适合参加本次临床研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with preoperative detrusor overactivity urethral stricture urge urinary incontinence stress urinary incontinence and filling urinary incontinence; (2) preoperative IPSS≥20; (3) patients with genitourinary infections (such as acute urethritis and acute cystitis); (4) patients with a history of pelvic radiotherapy; (5) patients with previous prostate surgery; (6) severe cardiovascular disease liver and kidney insufficiency coagulation dysfunction; (7) those with mental illness or mental disorder who cannot express themselves normally; (8) those who received acupuncture treatment one month before the study; (9) fear acupuncture feel dizzy or reject acupuncture treatment; (10) Other conditions considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for participation in this clinical study.

本研究采用区组随机法进行随机入组。将由一名不参与本研究实施和统计分析的独立专业统计学家使用SAS软件（9.4或以上版本）产生随机号以及随机号所对应治疗组别，并由未参加本次试验的其他人员保管。

Randomization was performed using the block randomization method. An independent professional statistician who was not involved in the conduct of the study or statistical analysis used SAS software (version 9.4 or higher) to generate the randomization number and the treatment group to which it was assigned and was kept by someone not involved in the trial.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：
