研究目的：

利用目诊仪研究近视大学生中医证型分布规律，利用眼底照相与血流OCT研究分析近视大学生眼底视盘、视网膜、脉络膜形态及血流特征，初步探讨大学生近视中医证型与眼底特征的相关性。

Objectives of Study：

This study utilized an ocular diagnostic instrument to investigate the distribution patterns of TCM syndrome in myopic university students. Fundus photography and optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) were employed to analyze the morphological and hemodynamic characteristics of the optic disc retina and choroid. The research preliminarily explored the correlation between TCM syndrome patterns and fundus features in myopic university students.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-22岁，性别不限； 2、最佳矫正视力≥0.8，且眼压≤21mmHg； 3、无全身疾患，无器质性眼病者（包括青光眼、白内障、斜弱视、圆锥角膜、葡萄膜炎、视网膜脱离、视网膜劈裂、黄斑水肿等）； 4、知情同意，且自愿签署知情同意书，符合道德伦理规范。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18–22 years; regardless of gender; 2. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) ≥0.8 and intraocular pressure (IOP) ≤21 mmHg; 3. Absence of systemic diseases or organic ocular disorders (e.g. glaucoma; cataract; strabismus and amblyopia; keratoconus; uveitis; retinal detachment; retinoschisis and macular edema); 4. Provision of written informed consent in compliance with ethical regulations.

排除标准：

1、施行过角膜屈光手术、眼内手术及眼部外伤手术者； 2、存在严重的屈光间质混浊而影响眼底检查成像者； 3、患有糖尿病、高血压等可能影响眼底情况的全身疾病患者； 4、合并全身疾病，尤其是重大疾病，对机体状态有明显影响者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of corneal refractive surgery intraocular surgery or ocular trauma; 2. Severe refractive media opacity compromising fundus examination imaging; 3. Systemic diseases affecting fundus status (e.g. diabetes and hypertension); 4. Major systemic disorders significantly impacting general health.
