研究目的：

研究观察“清热开肺”推拿法联合药物对治疗肺炎喘嗽（痰热闭肺型）的临床疗效与安全性，为肺炎喘嗽（痰热闭肺型）的临床防治研究提供新的思路与方法。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of "Qingre Kaifei" massage combined with drugs in the treatment of pneumonia asthma cough (phlegm-heat closed lung type) and to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical prevention and treatment of pneumonia asthma cough (phlegm-heat closed lung type).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在1岁～7岁，性别不限； （2）符合《诸福棠实用儿科学（第8版）》诊断标准及《儿童社区获得性肺炎管理指南（2013修订）》的儿童轻度CAP的诊断标准； （3）符合支气管肺炎的西医诊断标准，同时符合中医肺炎喘嗽病的诊断标准，且中医辨证属痰热闭肺型的患儿； （4）患儿法定监护人知情并同意纳入本研究，并能够配合治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the age is from 1 to 7 years old regardless of gender; (2) the diagnostic criteria of mild CAP in children in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Zhufutang practical Pediatrics (8th Edition) and the guidelines for the Management of Community acquired pneumonia in Children (revised in 2013); (3) in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for bronchopneumonia and the diagnostic criteria of asthma and cough of traditional Chinese medicine and the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the type of phlegm-heat closed lung. (4) the legal guardian of the child knows and agrees to be included in this study and can cooperate with the treatment.

排除标准：

（1）合并气管异物、支气管哮喘、肺结核、严重佝偻病及其他系统疾病者； （2）小儿重症肺炎，甚至伴呼吸衰竭、心力衰竭、中毒性脑病等严重疾病者； （3）皮肤划痕试验阳性者或局部皮肤破损，不宜行小儿推拿者； （4）有先天骨骼畸形及骨外伤患儿； （5）正在接受其它相关治疗，可能影响本实验观测指标者； （6）经医生判定，不适宜进行小儿推拿者。 凡符合上述任意1项者，予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with tracheal foreign bodies bronchial asthma pulmonary tuberculosis severe rickets and other systemic diseases; (2) severe pneumonia in children even with respiratory failure heart failure toxic encephalopathy and other serious diseases; (3) those with positive skin scratch test or local skin damage are not suitable for pediatric massage; (4) children with congenital bone deformities and bone trauma. (5) those who are receiving other related treatment which may affect the observation index of this experiment; (6) those who are determined by the doctor to be unsuitable for pediatric massage. Any one of the above items shall be excluded.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

用中心分层动态区组随机化方法，将中心作为分层因素，按照1：1的比例将受试者随机分配到对照组、“清热开肺”推拿组。采用SAS 9.3统计分析软件产生研究所需的随机数字，由课题组成员中组长单位专职管理员（研究生）记录形成随机分配表，并负责管理执行，随机分配表由课题负责人保管，管理员根据受试者序号为各分中心提供分组信息，管理员不参与纳入受试者

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using the center-stratified dynamic group randomization method, the center was used as the stratification factor, and the subjects were randomly assigned to the control group and the “clearing heat and opening the lungs” massage group in the ratio of 1:1. SAS 9.3 statistical analysis software was used to generate the random numbers required for the study, which were recorded by the full-time administrator (graduate student) of the group leader unit among the members of the subject group to form the random allocation table and was responsible for its management and implementation. The random allocation table was kept by the subject leader, and the administrator provided the grouping information of the sub-centers based on the serial numbers of the subjects, and the administrator was not involved in the incorporation of the subjects.
