研究目的：

为认知障碍早期干预提供科学依据， 探讨和总结“调嗅健脑针刺法”对嗅觉神经网络的影响，以求早期干预主观认知下降，延缓疾病的进展

Objectives of Study：

To provide scientific basis for early intervention of cognitive impairment to explore and summarize the effect of "Tiao xiu jian nao" acupuncture on olfactory neural network in order to early intervention of subjective cognitive decline and delay the progression of the disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①受试者年龄为55-80岁，性别不限； ②主诉为认知下降，总体认知检查正常； ③8年以上受教育史，母语为汉语； ④右利手； ⑤未服用影响受试者认知的相关药物； ⑥签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

①Subjects aged 55-80 years regardless of gender. ②Chief complaint of cognitive decline with normal overall cognitive assessment. ③At least 8 years of education with Mandarin as the native language. ④Right-handed. ⑤Not taking any medications that could affect cognitive function. ⑥Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①其他已知病因（如中风、颅脑损伤、酒精依赖、癫痫、抑郁症、帕金森病或其他神经或精神疾病）所致认知障碍； ②无法完成认知评估或MRI扫描，存在语言功能障碍、严重的视力/听力障碍、MRI扫描禁忌症； ③有影响嗅觉功能的鼻部病变，包括急/慢性鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎、鼻息肉等； ④近1个月接受过针刺治疗或有针刺禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Cognitive impairment due to other known causes (e.g. stroke traumatic brain injury alcohol dependence epilepsy depression Parkinson's disease or other neurological or psychiatric disorders). ②Inability to complete cognitive assessments or MRI scans due to language impairment severe visual/hearing impairment or contraindications for MRI. ③Nasal conditions affecting olfactory function including acute/chronic sinusitis allergic rhinitis nasal polyps etc. ④Received acupuncture treatment within the past month or has contraindications for acupuncture.
