研究目的：

抑郁症发病率高，但抗抑郁药极度匮乏。研究表明干预“肠-脑轴”抗抑郁极具应用前景，这与中医改善纳食、调肠治郁的思路不谋而合。改善纳食类中药制剂四磨汤口服液可缓解功能性消化不良患者的抑郁症状。但四磨汤对抑郁症患者的治疗效果缺乏研究。本研究拟评价四磨汤对抑郁症患者的作用，并尝试探索药物作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

Depression has a high incidence rate yet antidepressant medications are extremely scarce. Research indicates that interventions targeting the "gut-brain axis" hold significant promise for treating depression aligning remarkably with Traditional Chinese Medicine's approach of improving appetite/digestion and treating depression by regulating intestinal function. The TCM formula Si-Mo decoction oral liquid which enhances appetite and digestion has been shown to alleviate depressive symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia. However research on Simo Decoction's therapeutic effects specifically on patients diagnosed with depression remains lacking. This study aims to evaluate the effects of Si-Mo decoction on depressed patients and explore its potential mechanism of action.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

健康志愿者纳入标准：①年龄18-65岁，体格检查正常；②汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分不高于7分，蒙哥马利抑郁量表(MADRS)评分不高于10分, 且既往无抑郁及其他精神障碍诊断。 抑郁症志愿者纳入标准：①诊断符合《国际疾病分类》(ICD-10)的抑郁障碍患者，且无其他精神障碍诊断；②入组前获得患者或监护人知情同意，并签署知情同意书；③年龄18-65岁，体格检查正常。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Volunteers: ①Aged 18-65 years with a clinically unremarkable physical examination.②Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score ≤ 7 Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) score ≤ 10 and no prior clinical diagnosis of depression or other psychiatric disorders. Inclusion Criteria for Volunteers with Depression:①Diagnosis of depressive disorder according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) with no comorbid psychiatric disorders.②Informed consent obtained and signed by the patient or their legal guardian prior to enrollment.③Aged 18-65 years with a clinically unremarkable physical examination.

排除标准：

抑郁症志愿者排除标准：①伴有严重的躯体疾病；②药物、酒精依赖及滥用；③双相抑郁、精神分裂症后抑郁等其他抑郁障碍；④6个月内做过无抽搐电休克治疗的抑郁症患者；⑤妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；⑥已被诊断为难治性抑郁或有严重自杀倾向的患者，即HAMD-17第3项“自杀”评分≥3分。⑦入组前3个月内接受过系统心理治疗(如认知行为治疗、动力性治疗等)与物理治疗（如经颅磁刺激治疗、迷走神经刺激等）；⑧不能按时服药、依从性低的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for Volunteers with Depression: ①Presence of severe physical illness.②Drug or alcohol dependence or abuse.③Other depressive disorders such as bipolar depression or post-schizophrenic depression.④Patients who have undergone Modified Electroconvulsive Therapy (MECT) within the past 6 months.⑤Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.⑥Patients diagnosed with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) or exhibiting severe suicidal tendencies defined as a score ≥3 on item 3 ("Suicide") of the HAMD-17 scale.Patients who have received systematic psychotherapy (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Psychodynamic Therapy) or physical therapy (e.g. ⑦Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS)) within the 3 months prior to enrollment. ⑧Patients unable to adhere to medication schedules or with poor compliance.
