研究目的：

研究房颤合并睡眠障碍的临床特征及影响因素。通过观察房颤合并睡眠障碍患者的一般资料、临床理化指标以及中医证素分布，分析房颤合并睡眠障碍的相关影响因素，以提高临床工作者对房颤合并睡眠障碍的认识深度和重视程度，为治疗房颤合并睡眠障碍提供新的思路，并为中医治疗房颤合并睡眠障碍提供参考依据。

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical characteristics and influencing factors of atrial fibrillation(AF) combined with sleep disorders. By observing the general data clinical physicochemical indexes and the distribution of Chinese medicine syndrome elements of patients with AF combined with sleep disorders we analyzed the relevant influencing factors of atrial fibrillation combined with sleep disorders in order to improve the depth of understanding of clinical workers on AF combined with sleep disorders and pay attention to them to provide new ideas for the treatment of AF combined with sleep disorders as well as to provide a reference basis for the treatment of AF combined with sleep disorders in traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄在 18-90 岁之间，男女不限； ②诊断中有房颤者； ③病历资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

① The age of 18-90 years old male or female; ② Patients diagnosed with atrial fibrillation; ③ Complete medical records.

排除标准：

①合并严重的心力衰竭（左室射血分数 LVEF≤30%），肝功能异常（转氨酶≥3 倍正常值）或严重的肾功能不全（肾小球滤过率≤30ml/min）； ②合并严重的心律失常，如Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞、室扑、室颤患者； ③妊娠或哺乳期女性； ④拒绝病历用于科研者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Severe heart failure (left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF≤30%) abnormal liver function (aminotransferase ≥3 times the normal value) or severe renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate ≤30ml/min); ② Patients with severe arrhythmias such as grade III atrioventricular block ventricular flutter and ventricular fibrillation; ③ Pregnant or lactating women; ④ Refuse medical records to be used for research.
