研究目的：

（1）探讨不同分期不同中医证型肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者的血清学和病理学指标的差异性，为不同分期不同中医证型肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者的治疗提供可能的治疗方向和作用靶点，优化诊疗方案，从而为研究中医药治疗不同分期不同中医证型 GM 患者的临床疗效机制研究提供可能的研究方向及前期基础。 （2）探讨肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者与健康女性志愿者血清学指标的差异性。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the differences of serological and pathological indicators in patients with granulomatous mastitis of different stages and TCM syndrome types, to provide possible treatment directions and targets for the treatment of patients with granulomatous mastitis of different stages and TCM syndrome types, and to optimize the diagnosis and treatment program, so as to provide possible research directions and early foundations for the research of the clinical efficacy mechanism of Chinese medicine in treating GM patients of different stages and TCM syndrome types. (2) To investigate the difference of serum markers between patients with granulomatous mastitis and healthy female volunteers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

GM 患者纳入标准 （1）符合 GM 的中西医诊断标准和证候诊断标准，病理活检确诊为 GM 的女性患者； （2）年龄>18 岁的女性； （3）无其他基础疾病； （4）自愿参加临床研究，并签署知情同意书。 健康志愿者纳入标准 （1）年龄>18 岁，与肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者年龄相匹配的女性； （2）无其他基础疾病； （3）自愿参加临床研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of GM patients (1) Female patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine and syndromes of GM and are diagnosed as GM by pathological biopsy. (2) Women older than 18 years. (3) No other basic diseases. (4) Volunteer to participate in clinical research and sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers (1) Women aged>18 years, matched with the age of patients with granulomatous mastitis. (2) No other basic diseases. (3) Volunteer to participate in clinical research and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

GM 患者排除标准 （1）患有乳腺纤维瘤、乳腺癌、乳腺增生等其他乳腺肿物或乳腺疾病的患者； （2）合并严重的原发性疾病、影响患者生存的严重疾病或精神上及法律上认定的残疾患者； （3）临床痊愈期患者与其余三期患者存在相交叉者。 健康志愿者排除标准 （1）参加其它医学研究的健康志愿者。

Exclusion criteria：

GM patient exclusion criteria (1) Patients with breast fibroma, breast cancer, breast hyperplasia and other breast tumors or breast diseases. (2) Patients with serious primary diseases, serious diseases that affect the survival of patients, or mentally and legally recognized disabled patients. (3) The patients in the clinical recovery period and the patients in the other three stages have intersected. Exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers (1) Health volunteers participating in other medical research.
