研究目的：

本研究基于研究一制定的“整肩三步九法”标准，评估“整肩三步九法”治疗中风后肩痛患者的有效性和安全性

Objectives of Study：

This study evaluates the effectiveness and safety of the "Three Steps and Nine Methods for Shoulder Adjustment" treatment for patients with post-stroke shoulder pain based on the standards established in Research One

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）使用计算机断层扫描（CT）或磁共振成像（MRI）检查被诊断为脑出血或者脑梗死；（2）年龄≥18周岁且≤80周岁；（3）有偏瘫性肩痛，VAS评分≥4分；（4）无认知障碍或交流障碍；（5）能够独立坐，坐位平衡＞1级；（6）签署临床试验知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Use computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to examine those diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction; (2) Age ≥ 18 years and ≤ 80 years; (3) Have hemiplegic shoulder pain VAS score ≥ 4; (4) No cognitive impairment or communication disorders; (5) Able to sit independently sitting balance > level 1; (6) Those who have signed the informed consent form for clinical trials.

排除标准：

（1）中风前患有肩部疾病、创伤性损伤或肩部手术将被排除在外；（2）确诊精神病、重度抑郁症或癫痫患者、有精神病或癫痫的家族史者；（3）有局部皮肤破损或其他不适合针刺推拿者；（4）干扰临床评估的认知障碍；（5）患侧无明显感觉；（6）出血性疾病（例如血友病或血管性血友病等）；（7）妊娠和哺乳期妇女；（8）过去5年内患有癌症，无论其预后和位置如何；（9）任何其他被认为不适合由经验丰富的从业者参与试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with shoulder diseases traumatic injuries or shoulder surgeries prior to stroke will be excluded; (2) Patients diagnosed with mental illness severe depression or epilepsy or those with a family history of mental illness or epilepsy; (3) Individuals with local skin lesions or other conditions unsuitable for acupuncture and massage; (4) Cognitive impairments that interfere with clinical assessment; (5) No obvious sensation on the affected side; (6) Hemorrhagic diseases (e.g. hemophilia or von Willebrand disease etc.); (7) Pregnant and breastfeeding women; (8) Individuals who have had cancer in the past 5 years regardless of prognosis and location; (9) Any other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in the trial by experienced practitioners.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

使用SPSS 25 版本软件新建变量“就诊序号”（1-60），使用“转换-计算变量”生成随机数，按随机数升序排序后，前30例归为试验组，后30例为对照组，最终按原始就诊序号排列实现按顺序随机分配，确保入组均衡。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Create a new variable "Visit Number" (1-60) using SPSS version 25. Use "Transform - Compute Variable" to generate random numbers sort them in ascending order and assign the first 30 cases to the experimental group and the last 30 cases to the control group. Finally arrange them in the order of the original visit numbers to achieve sequential random allocation and ensure balanced group assignment.

盲法：

本试验为开放性研究，故采用评估者盲和分析者盲，减少偏倚。

Blinding：

The study employs code breaking for unblinding: Treatment group information is coded and concealed until the completion of the trial. This unblinding procedure mitigates bias during the study and ensures the objectivity of the findings.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

每个病例的相关原始数据以CRF采集，并由本课题负责人汇总在Excel中，最后使用SPSS软件进行统计分析。
