研究目的：

探究颊针疗法对老年髋部骨折术后睡眠质量及恢复质量影响。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to explore the effect of buccal acupuncture therapy on the quality of sleep and recovery after hip fracture surgery in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄60～89岁;②男女不限；③体质量指数20～30kg/m2;④术前ASA分级为Ⅱ～Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

① Aged 60-89 years; ② Men and women are not limited; ③ Body mass index 20 30kg/m2; ④ Preoperative ASA grade was Ⅱ - Ⅲ.

排除标准：

①术前匹兹堡睡眠质量评分（PSQI）评分>7分；②颊针针刺部位有感染、伤口者；③术前诊断为呼吸衰竭（PaO2<60mmHg）；④ 美国纽约心脏病协会（NYHA）心功能分级Ⅲ或Ⅳ级；⑤ 有Ⅱ、Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞或窦性心动过缓者；⑥术前存在神经、精神类疾病或无法配合调查问卷者;⑦长期服用镇静药物者；⑧既往有针灸晕针史者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Preoperative Pittsburgh sleep quality score (PSQI) >7 points; ② Those with infection or wound at the acupuncture site of buccal needle; ③ Preoperative diagnosis was respiratory failure (pao2<60mmhg); ④ New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function class III or IV; ⑤ Patients with grade II or III atrioventricular block or sinus bradycardia; ⑥ Patients with neurological or psychiatric diseases before operation or unable to cooperate with the questionnaire; ⑦ Those who take sedative drugs for a long time; ⑧ Those with a past history of acupuncture fainting.
