研究目的：

观察闪刺法与球囊扩张术结合治疗脑卒中后环咽肌失迟缓症的临床疗效，探索治疗本病的新思路。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of flash puncture combined with balloon dilation in the treatment of cricopharyngeal achalasia after stroke and to explore new ideas for the treatment of this disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合《中医内科学》中“中风病”的诊断标准；西医诊断标准:脑梗死参照《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》、脑出血参照《中国脑出血诊治指南（2019）》;经吞咽造影检查 (VFSS)示环咽肌开放不完全或开放/松弛不协调。②神志清，生明体征平稳，可配合治疗；③年龄 35～75 岁; ④既往无口腔、咽部、食管结构异常; ⑤病程 1个月～3个月;⑥患方自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of "stroke" in "Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine"; Western medicine diagnostic criteria: cerebral infarction refers to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018, and cerebral haemorrhage refers to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Haemorrhage (2019); Swallowography (VFSS) shows incomplete or uncoordinated opening/relaxation of the cricopharyngeal muscles. (2) Clear, stable signs of life, can cooperate with treatment; (3) Age 35~75 years old; (4) No structural abnormalities of the oral cavity, pharynx or oesophagus in the past; (5) The course of the disease is 1 month ~ 3 months; (6) The patient voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①非脑卒中引起的环咽肌失弛缓 ；②合并有心、肺、造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病无法完成治疗者；③颈项部、口咽部因其他疾病无法针刺者 ；④碘造影剂过敏者；⑤伴有认知障碍、精神疾病，不能配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cricopharyngeal achalasia not caused by stroke; (2) Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as heart, lung, and haemopoietic system who cannot complete treatment; (3) Those who cannot acupuncture the neck and oropharynx due to other diseases; (4) Those who are allergic to iodine contrast media; (5) Those who are accompanied by cognitive impairment and mental illness and cannot cooperate with treatment.

1.病例记录表（CRF）：设计：纸质CRF，含基线数据、治疗记录、随访评估表，由研究者填写；质控：双人录入EDC，监查员每月现场核查原始文件与CRF一致性； 存储：纸质CRF存档于研究中心，扫描电子版上传至ResMan系统附件。 2.电子数据采集（EDC）系统：ResMan（基于互联网的EDC），支持实时数据录入与逻辑校验；流程：研究者每日登录系统录入数据，系统自动标记缺失值及异常范围数据；安全：SSL加密传输，权限分级（研究者仅可编辑本人负责病例），审计追踪记录所有操作。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Case Record Form (CRF): Design: Paper CRF, including baseline data, treatment records, and follow-up evaluation forms, to be filled in by the investigator; Quality control: two people enter the EDC, and the auditor checks the consistency of the original documents with the CRF on site every month; Storage: Paper CRFs are archived at the research centre, scanned and electronically uploaded to the ResMan System attachment.2. Electronic Data Acquisition (EDC) system: ResMan (Internet-based EDC), supports real-time data entry and logic verification; Process: The researcher logs in to the system every day to enter data, and the system automatically marks the missing values and abnormal range data; Security: SSL encrypted transmission, hierarchical authority (the researcher can only edit the case he is responsible for), and the audit trail records all operations.
