评价推拿治疗中重度儿童过敏性鼻炎的疗效

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the curative effect of massage in the treatment of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis in children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在6-14周岁，男女不限； （2）明确诊断的中重度患儿；（3）在研究开始前，受试者及其法定监护人能够充分知晓和理解本研究的研究内容，自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged between 6-14 years old, no gender limit;(2) Children with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis with a clear diagnosis;(3) Before the start of the research, the subjects and their legal guardians can fully know and understand the research content of this research, participate voluntarily and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1) 非变应性鼻炎(包括急性鼻炎、慢性鼻炎、萎缩性鼻炎、干酪性鼻炎等)、解剖学因素或其它因素造成鼻腔堵塞；(2) 具有支气管哮喘等发作性呼吸系统疾病者；(3) 最近1个月内使用激素、抗组胺药、白三烯受体拮抗剂等相关药物进行治疗，或正在参加其他临床试验对研究有影响者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Non-allergic rhinitis (including acute rhinitis, chronic rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, caseous rhinitis, etc.), anatomical factors or other factors causing blockage of the nasal cavity;（2）Children with episodic respiratory diseases such as bronchial asthma; (3) Those who have used hormones, antihistamines, leukotriene receptor antagonists and other related drugs for treatment within the last month, or are participating in other clinical trials that have an impact on the research.

具体的随机分配方法由天津中医药大学第二附属医院研究人员通过建立中央随机系统实施。各试验中心随机人员凭帐号、密码进入系统，录入受试患者基本信息，产生随机号。凡符合纳入标准的患者，在获得签名的书面知情同意书后进行随机分配。

考虑到推拿手法的特殊性，对医生和患者不实施盲法。采用盲法进行疗效评价以及统计分析，由不知分组的第三方完成，实行研究者、操作者、统计者三分离。

Blinding：

Taking into account the particularity of the massage technique, blinding is not implemented for doctors and patients. The efficacy evaluation and statistical analysis are carried out by blind method, which is completed by a third party who does not know the grouping, and the researcher, operator, and statistician are separated.
