研究目的：

在TMJ“双轴”病因理论指导下，开展以“身心同治”针刺疗法治疗慢性肌源性TMJ疼痛，通过疗效观察对体系进行科学化、规范化的阐述，并建立规范系统的诊疗流程，将临床经验扩大推广应用到TMJ疼痛治疗，为TMJ疼痛治疗提供新的治疗思路

Objectives of Study：

Under the guidance of TMJ's "biaxial" etiology theory, the acupuncture therapy of "body and mind treating together" was developed to treat chronic myogenic TMJ pain. The system was scientifically and standardized through efficacy observation, and a standardized diagnosis and treatment process was established. The clinical experience was expanded and applied to TMJ pain treatment, providing new treatment ideas for TMJ pain treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄在 18岁至 60岁(包括18和60岁)的患者 ②符合本研究制定的诊断标准:a.MRI检查无其他器质性和结构性病变；b.触诊咀嚼肌（颞肌、咬肌、翼内肌和翼外肌）压痛阳性，运用疼痛VAS（0-10分）进行评估，疼痛≥3分，且疼痛反复发作1年以上，包括静态和动态下疼痛评估；c.伴有焦虑的慢性肌源性TMJ 疼痛患者，采用汉密顿焦虑量表评分≥14分（总分29分），睡眠量表评分≥16分。 ③自愿受试接受治疗，并签署知情同意书者 ④未参加其他临床研究者

Inclusion criteria

① Patients aged 18 to 60 (inclusive) ② In accordance with the diagnostic criteria established in this study: a. MRI examination showed no other organic and structural lesions; b. The tenderness of masticatory muscles (temporalis, masseter, medial pterygoid and lateral pterygoid muscles) was positive by palpation. The pain VAS (0-10 points) was used for evaluation. The pain was ≥ 3 points, and the pain recurred for more than 1 year, including static and dynamic pain evaluation; c. Patients with chronic myogenic TMJ pain accompanied by anxiety were scored ≥ 14 (total score 29) with Hamilton Anxiety Scale and ≥ 16 with Sleep Scale. ③ Those who volunteer to receive treatment and sign the informed consent form ④ No other clinical researchers

排除标准：

①MRI检查有器质性病变患者或严重出血倾向疾病 ②正在妊娠或哺乳期妇女或精神病患者 ③患者不能合作或正参加其他临床研究者 ④合并针刺禁忌证、阿斯综合征、III 度房室传导阻滞、频发房颤等严重心脏疾病患者 ⑤有严重的过敏性、感染性皮肤疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

① MRI examination of patients with organic diseases or severe bleeding prone diseases ② Pregnant or lactating women or mental patients ③ Patients cannot cooperate or are participating in other clinical researchers ④ Patients with severe heart diseases such as acupuncture contraindications, AS syndrome, third degree atrioventricular block, and frequent atrial fibrillation ⑤ Patients with severe allergic and infectious skin diseases
