评估电针合谷和内关穴对接受视网膜光凝术的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的镇痛效果

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture at LI4 (Hegu) and PC6 (Neiguan) in patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR) undergoing pan-retinal ph-otocoagulation (PRP)

纳入标准：

经详细眼底检查或眼底荧光造影确定需行全视网膜光凝术的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed diabetic retinopathy requiring pan-retinal ph-otocoagulation based on detailed fundus examination or fundus fluorescein angiography were included.

排除标准：

排除屈光介质混浊影响激光进行、进针部位有皮肤疾病、凝血功能障碍、有精神疾病或者不能理解配合、近期止痛药物使用史、心脏起搏器等金属支架植入术史的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with the following conditions were excluded: refractive media opacity precluding the laser process skin diseases at the needle insertion site coagulopathy mental diseases or inability to understand or cooperate recent history of analgesic drug use and history of metal stent implantation such as cardiac pacemaker.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

收集的患者基本信息、激光参数、及VAS评分均严格记录在一张Excel表中，在进行统计分析前多次核对，确保结果的可靠性和准确性，数据收集过程中隐藏了有关患者隐私的姓名、专门的医院识别号等私密信息。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The collected patient basic information laser parameters and VAS scores were strictly recorded in an Excel sheet. The data were cross-checked multiple times before statistical analysis to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results. During the data collection process private information such as patient names and specific hospital identification numbers was anonymized to protect patient privacy.
