研究目的：

了解针刺与艾灸及不同腧穴对人体自主神经功能和身体压力的影响，初步明确针灸调控自主神经活性减轻人体压力的效应和机制，为人体抗压和保健寻找有效的干预方法。

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to study the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion, as well as various acupoints, on human autonomic nervous function and physical stress.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

针刺方法：（1）针刺： 取仰卧位，暴露上腹部或右小腿。用 75% 的酒精进行局部消毒。使用管针（0.30 × 40mm，苏州华佗）针刺中脘穴或足三里穴 0.8-1.2 寸，留针15 分钟。每 5 分钟进行一次平补平泻手法（均匀提插捻转，频率为每分钟 60 次，持续 30 秒），使针感强度保持在 2-5 之间。艾灸方法： 受试者取仰卧位，暴露右小腿，用 75% 的酒精进行局部消毒。使用艾灸盒对足三里穴进行温和灸，时间为 15 分钟（艾条与皮肤的距离根据受试者的感觉进行调整，以受试者感觉舒适且灸后局部皮肤微红为标准）

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Acupuncture methods: (1) Acupuncture method: Participants were positioned in the supine position with the upper abdomen or right lower leg exposed. Local disinfection was performed with 75% alcohol. A tube needle (0.30 × 40 mm Huatuo Suzhou China) was inserted 0.8–1.2 cun deep at the Zhongwan acupoint or Zusanli acupoint and held for 15 minutes. Reinforcement–reduction methods were performed every 5 minutes (uniform lifting and thrusting combined with twirling and rotation at a frequency of 60 times per minute lasting for 30 seconds) while ensuring that the needling sensation intensity remained between 2–5. Moxibustion method: Participants were placed in the supine position the right lower leg was exposed and 75% alcohol was used for local disinfection. Mild moxibustion was performed on the Zusanli acupoint using a moxibustion box for 15 minutes (the distance between the moxa stick and the skin was adjusted on the basis of the participant's sensation with the criteria being that the participants feel comfortable and that the local skin turn slightly red after moxibustion)

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-25岁健康成人；（2）否认心脏病、高血压、糖尿病、神经系统疾病、心理疾病、疼痛性疾病（女性近3月内无痛经），无肥胖；（3）自愿参与试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) healthy adults aged 18–25 years; (2) no history of heart disease hypertension diabetes neurological disorders psychological disorders chronic pain conditions (women without dysmenorrhea in the last 3 months) or obesity; and (3) willing to participate in the study and signing an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠、准备妊娠或哺乳期女性；（2）有白血病、血小板减少等会导致出血倾向患者或有使用抗凝药如华法林、肝素等药物者；（3）结合病史及检查诊断或疑似疾病者；（4）据研究者判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变或情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) women who are pregnant preparing for pregnancy or breastfeeding; (2)patients with leukemia thrombocytopenia etc. that would lead to bleeding tendency or those who are on anticoagulants such as warfarin heparin etc.;(3)those who are diagnosed or suspected of having a disease in conjunction with the history and examination; (4) other lesions or conditions that in the judgement of the investigator have the effect of decreasing the likelihood of enrollment or complicating the enrollment.
