研究目的：

通过观察多普勒超声检查观察椎基底动脉血管情况、采用纯音测听的仪器观察听力变化情况、血脂中LDL-C、TG、TC数值含量分析通窍活血汤结合耳部电刺激对突发性感觉神经性听力损失的患者的临床疗效及预防预后情况

Objectives of Study：

Through Doppler ultrasound examination the observation of vertebral basal artery vascular conditions the use of pure tone auditory instruments to observe hearing changes and the analysis of numerical content of LDL-C TG and TC in blood lipids. The clinical efficacy and prevention and prognosis of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with ear electrical stimulation in patients with sudden sensory neurological hearing loss and its prevention and prognosis of patients with sudden sensory neurological hearing loss

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合上述突发性耳聋诊断标准； (2)年龄20～60岁； (3)病例数据完整记录者；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for sudden deafness; (2) Ages 20-60 years old; (3) Those who have complete record of case data;

排除标准：

(1)排除高血压、冠心病等慢性基础疾病史者及有严重的全身疾病者； (2)排除耳毒性药物致聋史者及遗传性耳聋者 (3)无先天性耳部畸形（例如Mondini畸形等）； (4)排除中耳疾病史者（例如分泌性中耳炎等）； (5)排除耳廓畸形及外耳道欠通畅； (6)排除第Ⅷ对脑神经以外其他脑神经损伤者； (7)排除母系遗传糖尿病者及妊娠糖尿病者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Exclude those with a history of chronic underlying diseases such as hypertension and coronary heart disease and those with severe systemic diseases; (2) Exclude people with a history of deafness caused by ototoxic drugs and hereditary deafness (3) No congenital ear deformities (such as Mondini deformities etc.); (4) Exclude those with a history of middle ear disease (such as secretory otitis media etc.); (5) Eliminate auricular deformity and imperfect external auditory canal; (6) Exclude other brain nerve damage other than the brain nerves in the VIII pair; (7) Exclude maternal genetic diabetes and gestational diabetes;
