研究目的：

（1）验证“解筋正骨法”针刀治疗KOA的临床疗效。（2）进行平行设计、优效性随机对照试验，对比“解筋正骨法”针刀与普通针刀治疗KOA的疗效差异。（3）运用多维度综合评定，结合肌骨超声定量评价指标与临床疗效评定，探寻更好的整体评估KOA方案。

Objectives of Study：

(1)Verify the clinical efficacy of the acupotomy Technique of "Regulating Tendons to Repositing Bones Method" treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis. (2)Conduct a parallel design randomized controlled trial with superior efficacy to compare the therapeutic effects of the "Regulating Tendons to Repositing Bones Method" acupotomy and ordinary acupotomy on Knee Osteoarthritis. (3)Using multidimensional comprehensive evaluation combined with quantitative evaluation indicators of musculoskeletal ultrasound and clinical efficacy evaluation to explore a better overall evaluation plan for Knee Osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合《骨关节炎诊疗指南（2018年版）》中膝骨关节炎诊断标准，且近半年影像学检查Kellgren-Lawrence分级为Ⅰ-Ⅲ级的患者；②近2周未使用过与本研究可能发生冲突的药物和治疗方法；③接受本研究各项方案，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition)" and have been graded as grades I-III on Kellgren Lavrance imaging in the past six months; ② Have not used any drugs or treatment methods that may conflict with this study in the past 2 weeks; ③ Accept the various protocols of this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①膝关节周围有破损、感染等不适宜行相关治疗的患者；②合并风湿、类风湿、结核等膝关节疾病的患者；③合并严重的心脑血管疾病或精神疾病等可能影响方案实施的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with injuries infections and other conditions around the knee joint that are not suitable for relevant treatment; ② Patients with combined rheumatic rheumatoid arthritis tuberculosis and other knee joint diseases; ③ Patients with severe cardiovascular or mental illnesses that may affect the implementation of the plan.
