研究目的：

当前，许多实验已经证明五行音乐干预抑郁和焦虑具有良好的效果，但是使用不同乐器是否干预效果有差异？如有，哪种乐器效果更好还没有实证研究。本研究即通过随机对照实验进行探索。

Objectives of Study：

Currently many experiments have demonstrated that the intervention of Five-Element Music has a good effect on depression and anxiety. However whether there are differences in the intervention effects when different musical instruments are used remains unclear. If so there has been no empirical research on which musical instrument yields a better effect. This study aims to explore these questions through a randomized controlled experiment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）从重庆医药高等专科学校的大二学生中筛选出具有抑郁（≥53分）和焦虑（≥50分）情绪的医学生。

Inclusion criteria

Using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) medical students with depressive (≥ 53 points) and anxious (≥ 50 points) emotions were screened out from the sophomores of Chongqing Medical and Pharmaceutical College.

排除标准：

出现以下情况，均为无效干预，不作统计学处理。（1）任何原因引起的中途退出者。（2）因各种原因未按要求进行干预者，或未参加干预后量表评定者。（3）过去一个月内发生重大生活事件（例如丧亲之痛）影响情绪波动。

Exclusion criteria：

In the following situations the intervention is considered ineffective and will not be statistically processed. (1) Participants who withdraw from the study halfway for any reason. (2) Participants who fail to receive the intervention as required due to various reasons or those who do not participate in the scale assessment after the intervention. (3) Participants who have experienced major life events (such as the loss of a loved one) within the past month which affect their emotional fluctuations.
