研究目的：

评价活血复脉宁痛方治疗冠心病支架植入术后胸痛瘀热扰心证的有效性和安全性，为治疗冠心病支架植入术后胸痛的新药研发和机制探讨提供临床依据。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the formula for treating chest pain after stent implantation of coronary heart disease with stasis-heat disturbing the heart and to provide a clinical basis for the research and development of new drugs for treating chest pain after stent implantation of coronary heart disease and for exploring the mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

活血复脉宁痛方：丹参15g，栀子10g，香附10g，鸡血藤15g，党参15g，川芎10g，赤芍15g，桃仁9g，红花6g，当归15g。由江苏省中西医结合医院中药房制剂室配制，每剂嘱患者煎汁200mL，分早晚2次温服，每次100mL。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Huoxuefumainingtong decoction:Danshen 15g Gardenia 10g Xiangshu 10g Chicken blood vine 15g Dangshen 15g Ligusticum chuanxiong 10g Paeonia lactiflora 15g Peach kernel 9g Safflower 6g Angelica sinensis 15g. Prepared by the preparation department of Chinese herbal medicine pharmacy of Jiangsu traditional Chinese and western medicine combined hospitaleach dose is instructed to decoct 200mLand warmly take it in morning and evening for 2 timeseach time is 100mL.

纳入标准：

1、入选患者均诊断为冠心病，且已行PCI或CABG术治疗。 2、术后仍存在胸痛或胸闷，并已通过相关检查除外严重缺血原因或其他器质性疾病。 3、中医辨证为瘀热扰心证。 4、患者知情同意，自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1.All the enrolled patients were diagnosed with coronary artery disease and had been treated with PCI or CABG. 2.Chest pain or chest tightness still exists after surgery and serious ischaemic causes or other organic diseases have been excluded by relevant examinations. 3.Chinese medicine diagnosis is stasis-heat disturbing the heart evidence. 4.Patients gave informed consent and participated voluntarily.

排除标准：

1、有肺、肝、肾、脑等重要脏器功能衰竭而引发心脏功能衰竭者。 2、对此次治疗方案涉及的多种药物过敏者。 3、严重心力衰竭、心功能属 IV 级者。 4、合并其他疾病，例如有内分泌系统或者造血系统等严重原发性疾病。 5、有精神神志异常的患者及不愿配合者。 6、有明显感染者、血压和（或）血糖控制不佳的患者等。 7、妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 8、医从性差，无法按规定用药或治疗不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者。 9、目前正在参加其他临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who have heart failure due to failure of vital organs such as lungs liver kidneys and brain. 2.Allergic to the drugs involved in this treatment plan. 3.Those with severe heart failure and class IV cardiac function. 4.Combined with other diseases such as endocrine system or haematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases. 5.Patients with mental abnormality and those who are unwilling to co-operate. 6.Patients with obvious infections poorly controlled blood pressure and/or blood glucose. 7.Pregnant or lactating women. 8. poor medical compliance inability to follow the prescribed medication or incomplete treatment etc. affect the efficacy or safety judgement. 9.Patients who are currently participating in other clinical studies.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

随机序列的产生及随机分组由独立的临床研究机构江苏省中医院GCP中心完成。采用区组随机方法，借助SPSS10统计软件，给定种子数，产生100例（试验组、对照组）受试者所接受处理的随机安排，列出流水号为01~100所对应的治疗分配（随机编码表）。

The generation of random sequence and random grouping was done by the GCP Centre of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine an independent clinical research institution. Using the block group randomisation method with the help of SPSS10 statistical software given the number of seeds the random arrangement of the treatments received by the 100 subjects (experimental group control group) was generated listing the treatment assignments corresponding to the running numbers 01 to 100 (random coding table).
