研究目的：

通过观察双合汤及电针对急性缺血性卒中的临床治疗效果及双合汤联合电针治疗方式在急性脑梗死治疗中的作用机制，可为急性脑梗死的治疗提供新靶点，有利于临床更好地预防急性脑梗死的发生。

Objectives of Study：

By observing the clinical therapeutic effects of Shuanghe Tang and electroacupuncture on acute ischemic stroke as well as the mechanism of action of Shuanghe Tang combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction new targets can be provided for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction which is beneficial for better prevention of acute cerebral infarction in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）西医诊断标准：参照《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊断指南2018》，患者急性起病、局灶性神经功能缺损、症状体征持续数小时。（2）中医诊断标准：参照《中国脑梗死中西医结合诊治指南（2023）》，主症：半身不遂，口舌歪斜，言语謇涩或不语，偏身麻木。次症：头晕目眩，痰多而黏。舌脉：舌质暗淡，舌苔薄白或白腻，脉弦滑。（3）整体纳入标准：①符合中西医诊断标准；②头颅MRI+DWI检查发现有急性脑梗死病灶；③首次发病入院；④病程＜72h；⑤自愿参与且已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

（1) Diagnostic criteria of Western medicine: Referring to the "2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China" patients have acute onset focal neurological deficits and symptoms and signs lasting for several hours. (2) Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine: Referring to the "Guidelines for Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Infarction in China (2023)" the main symptoms are hemiplegia crooked mouth and tongue awkward or silent speech and numbness in the body. Secondary symptoms: Dizziness and dizziness excessive and sticky phlegm. Tongue veins: The tongue texture is dull the tongue coating is thin and white or white greasy and the veins are smooth and stringy. (3) Overall inclusion criteria: ① Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine; ② Head MRI+DWI examination revealed acute cerebral infarction lesions; ③ First hospitalization due to illness; ④ Disease duration<72 hours; ⑤ Voluntary participation and signed informed consent form

排除标准：

①入院后给于脑血管介入治疗；②存在脑出血或其他病变且有责任梗死病灶；③非血管性脑部病变；④造血系统异常或肝肾、心肺等重要脏器损伤者；⑤入院前后出现明显感染症状者。

Exclusion criteria：

① After admission cerebral vascular intervention treatment was given; ② Existence of cerebral hemorrhage or other lesions and responsibility for infarction lesions; ③ Non vascular brain lesions; ④ Individuals with abnormal hematopoietic system or damage to important organs such as liver kidney heart and lungs; ⑤ Individuals who show obvious symptoms of infection before and after admission.
