研究目的：

探索、对比常见穴位的精细脑图谱以及脑网络动态特征，表征穴位行为领域和范式类别，为日后疾病的精准针灸处方提供可借鉴方法。

Objectives of Study：

Exploring and comparing the brain maps of common acupoints and the dynamic features of brain networks to characterize the behavioral domains and paradigm categories of the acupoints which can provide a learnable method for precise acupuncture prescriptions for future diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄18~45岁，性别不限； ②右利手； ③既往健康，既往无严重躯体、心理疾病； ④无其它精神科诊断及相关家族史； ⑤既往1个月内未接受过针灸干预治疗； ⑥近3个月内无发热、未服用过解热镇痛药物； ⑦知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 18~45 years old gender is not limited; ② Right sharp hand; ③Previously healthy with no previous serious physical or mental illness; ④ No other psychiatric diagnosis and relevant family history; ⑤ No previous acupuncture intervention treatment within the past 1 month; (vi) No fever and no antipyretic or analgesic medication within the last 3 months; ⑦ Informed consent and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①孕期、哺乳期妇女； ②对针灸刺激无反应者； ③有幽闭恐惧症者； ④体内有金属植入物等不宜行磁共振扫描的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

①Pregnant and lactating women; ② Those who do not respond to acupuncture stimulation; ③ People with claustrophobia; ③ Those who have claustrophobia. ④ Those who have metal implants in their bodies and other conditions that make MRI scanning inappropriate.

盲法：

本研究采用单盲法。研究过程中，除针灸医师外，患者、评估医师及统计人员等均不知分组情况。为确保盲法的成功实施，我们在研究开始前将对研究人员进行严格的培训，确保各个环节的分离原则。

Blinding：

Single blind method was used in this study. During the study except for acupuncturists patients evaluators and statisticians did not know the group status. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the blind method we will conduct strict training for researchers before the start of the study to ensure the separation principle.
