研究目的：

（1）基于经脉脏腑相关理论构建针刺治疗早期HOI的干预方案； （2）实施基于经脉脏腑相关理论的针刺疗法干预方案并评价治疗效果，为中医疗法有效治疗早期HOI提供依据; （3）评价针刺疗法治疗早期HOI的可行性及安全性，为推进中医治疗提供参考依据。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Construct acupuncture therapy intervention for early HOI based on the "Meridian-Viscera Correlation" theory; (2) Implement acupuncture therapy based on the "Meridian-Viscera Correlation" theory and evaluate the therapeutic effect so as to provide a basis for the effective treatment of early HOI by traditional Chinese medicine therapy; and (3) Evaluate the feasibility and safety of acupuncture therapy for the treatment of early HOI so as to provide a reference for the advancement of traditional Chinese medicine therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄18-80岁；②住院期间行回肠造口术治疗，术后留置临时性或永久性回肠造口；③回肠造口术后3周内出现高排量并发症，定义为造口连续3天或3天以上排泄量超过2000ml/d；④符合“泄泻”的中医辨病辨证标准；⑤沟通交流无障碍，愿意参与本研究并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Aged 18-80 years old;②Treated with ileostomy; ③High output complication within 3 weeks after ileostomy was defined as output exceeding 2000ml/d for 3 or more consecutive days④Meet the Chinese medicine criteria of diarrhoea;⑤Patients have no communication barriers and voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并有心力衰竭、脑出血或脑梗死、肝肾功能不全及白血病等严重的心、脑、肝、肾和血液系统等疾病；②合并急性肠炎、痢疾等其他感染性疾病；③术后出现吻合口瘘、腹腔感染等严重并发症而需要重症监护者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Combined with heart failure cerebral haemorrhage or cerebral infarction hepatic and renal insufficiency and leukaemia and other serious heart brain liver kidney and blood system diseases; ② Combined with acute enteritis dysentery and other infectious diseases; ③ Post-operative anastomotic fistula abdominal cavity infections and other serious complications that require intensive care.
