研究目的：

治疗和缓解戒烟过程中的戒断综合征（躯体、情感和认知障碍），是改善烟草依赖和戒断的有效途径。在前期研究证明针刺能够减轻戒断症状、降低复吸率、提高戒断成功率的基础上，围绕针刺是否通过调整戒烟期行为学改变，从而发挥对戒烟者认知功能、吸烟渴求的影响，为针刺戒烟提供行为学依据。

Objectives of Study：

Treatment and relief of the withdrawal syndrome (physical emotional and cognitive impairment) during smoking cessation is an effective way to improve tobacco dependence and withdrawal.On the basis of previous research proving that acupuncture can reduce withdrawal symptoms reduce the relapse rate and improve the success rate of withdrawal whether acupuncture adjusts behavioral changes during the smoking cessation period so as to affect the cognitive function and smoking desire of smokers and provide behavioral basis for smoking cessation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合烟草依赖诊断标准；②年龄18-75岁；③烟龄≥1年，近1月每日吸烟≥10支；④呼气一氧化碳检测≥6ppm；⑤尼古丁依赖检验量表（The Fagerstrom Test of Nicotine Dependence，FTND）测评达尼古丁依赖中重度依赖水平；⑥进入研究前30天未进行过针灸治疗者；⑦愿意参与本次研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria for tobacco dependence; ②18-75 years old; ③ smoking more than or equal to 1 year, smoking more than 10 per day in recent January; ④ breath carbon monoxide test more than or equal to 6ppm; ⑤The Fagerstrom Test of Nicotine Dependence was moderate to severe dependence; ⑥ had not received acupuncture treatment 30 days before entering the study; ⑦ was willing to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

①过去半年接受过其他戒烟治疗；②怀孕或哺乳期妇女；③患有严重的心、肺、脑、血液系统疾病；④有尼古丁之外的药物滥用或依赖者；⑤经研究者判断处于其他无法达到研究要求的疾病或精神状态；⑥身体有躯体残疾或医疗问题而影响行为学测试；⑦试验前48h饮酒者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Have received other smoking cessation treatment in the past six months; ② pregnant or lactating women; ③ serious heart lung brain and blood system diseases; ④ substance abuse or dependence other than nicotine; ⑤ other illness or mental state judged by the investigator; ⑥ physical disability or medical problems affecting behavioral tests; ⑦those who drank alcohol 48 hours before the trial.

运用随机数字表法分组（应用SPSS 26.0 统计软件生成随机序列），将受试者根据入组的顺序对其编号，按照1︰1：1比例分为针刺组、假针刺组、基础干预组（各64例）。
