研究目的：

系统观察“温督调神针刺法”治疗心脾两虚型不寐的临床疗效，通过评价睡眠质量高低、有效睡眠时间长短、证候体征、焦虑症状等方法，探讨该方法在治疗心脾两虚型不寐中提高睡眠质量、增加有效睡眠时间、减少焦虑症状，改善日间社会功能及生活质量的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

o systematically observe the clinical efficacy of "warming to supervise and regulating Shen acupuncture method" in the treatment of insomnia with both heart and spleen deficiency and explore the clinical efficacy of this method in the treatment of insomnia with both heart and spleen deficiency increasing sleep quality increasing effective sleep time reducing anxiety symptoms improving daytime social function and quality of life by evaluating sleep quality effective sleep duration signs and symptoms of anxiety etc.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)同时符合上述中西医诊断标准; (2)年龄在18岁-65岁之间,性别不限; (3)1个月≤病程≤24个月,且入组前2周未接受过关于失眠的药物治疗或其它治方式; (4)神志清楚,对答切题,生命体征平稳,可配合治疗; (5)PSQI总评分≥10分; (6)自愿参加本次研究及后期随访,且同意参加本研究及随访期间不再参加其他有关失眠的治疗;

Inclusion criteria

(1) Both meet the above diagnostic standards of Chinese and Western medicine; (2) between the ages of 18 and 65 regardless of gender; (3)1 month ≤24 months of disease duration and no medication or other treatment for insomnia was received in the first 2 weeks of enrollment; (4) clear mind relevant to the topic stable vital signs can cooperate with treatment; (5)PSQI total score ≥10 points; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and subsequent follow-up and agree to participate in this study and follow-up period no longer participate in other insomnia treatment;

排除标准：

(1)不符合上述纳入标准者; (2)合并患有严重内科疾患或恶性肿瘤等危重病者; (3)既往有精神分裂症等精神障碍病史者; (4)施针部位皮肤有感染､溃疡､瘢痕者,以及自身有出血性疾病,或损伤后不易止血者; (5)HAMA评分>13分者; (6)既往接受针刺出现过晕针等其他针刺不良反应者; (7)既往有酗酒史,滥用和依赖精神类药物者｡ (8)因睡眠环境的突然改变而导致的一过性失眠者｡

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) Patients with serious medical diseases or critical diseases such as malignant tumors; (3) Patients with a history of mental disorders such as schizophrenia; (4) Patients with skin infections ulcers scars at the acupuncture site bleeding diseases themselves or who are not easy to stop bleeding after injury; (5)HAMA scores >13; (6) Patients who have experienced other adverse reactions such as fainting needles after receiving acupuncture; (7) People with a history of alcohol abuse abuse and dependence on psychotropic drugs. (8) transient insomnia caused by sudden changes in the sleep environment.

By using the block randomization method random numbers were generated through programming with SPSS software. Patients with insomnia of spleen and heart deficiency type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.
