研究目的：

采用视觉算法对耳部皮肤浅表改变进行量化分析，为耳穴辅助诊断抑郁症提供客观生理数据参考。

Objectives of Study：

The superficial changes of the ear skin were quantitatively analyzed by using visual algorithms to provide objective physiological data references for the auxiliary diagnosis of depression by auricular points.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

伴抑郁情绪人群： （1）符合DSM-V中抑郁症诊断标准，HAMD-17评分＞7分； （2）年龄不限，性别不限，右利手； （3）自愿参与本研究，本人或法定代理人签署知情同意书。 无情绪障碍的人群： （1）年龄不限，性别不限，右利手； （2）HAMD-17评分≤7分； （3）HAMA-14评分≤7分； （4）PSQI评分＜8分； （5）无精神疾病、颅内占位等神经精神系统疾病； 自愿参与本研究，本人或法定代理人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

People with depressive moods: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in DSM-V with a HAMD-17 score > 7 points; (2) No age or gender restrictions right-handed; (3) Voluntarily participate in this research and either the individual or their legal representative shall sign the informed consent form. People without emotional disorders: (1) No age or gender restrictions right-handed; (2) The HAMD-17 score is ≤7 points; (3) HAMA-14 score ≤7 points; (4) PSQI score < 8 points; (5) No mental disorders intracranial space-occupying lesions or other neuropsychiatric diseases; Voluntarily participate in this study and either the individual or the legal representative signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

伴抑郁情绪人群： （1）交流困难，活动严重受限，严重视力、听力、阅读、语言障碍或任何其他原因导致无法完成情绪量表采集或耳象采集工作的。 （2）耳部有缺损和其他皮肤溃破者。 无情绪障碍的人群： （1）伴有心、脑、肝、肾等重要脏器功能损害的； （2）轮班等不能保证规律作息者； （3）有家族遗传病史者； （4）耳部有缺损和其他皮肤溃破者。

Exclusion criteria：

People with depressive moods: (1) Those who have communication difficulties severely restricted activities severe visual hearing reading language impairments or any other reasons that prevent them from completing the collection of emotion scales or otographic images. (2) Those with ear defects and other skin ulcers. People without emotional disorders: (1) Accompanied by functional impairment of important organs such as the heart brain liver and kidneys; (2) Those who work in shifts or other places and cannot ensure a regular schedule; (3) Those with a family history of genetic diseases; (4) Those with ear defects and other skin ulcers.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

将采用固定电脑进行耳象信息采集并对存储文件设置密码与访问权限。运用脱敏函数对数据进行脱敏处理。确保仅研究者可查看数据信息，本研究所采集到的信息将不会录入各种数据库中。 量表信息通过纸质版病历记录本进行收集并交由专人存储。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Fixed computers will be used for collecting ear image information and passwords and access permissions will be set for the stored files. Data will be de-identified using de-sensitization functions. It is ensured that only researchers can view the data information. The data collected in this study will not be entered into any databases. The scale information is collected through paper-based medical record books and is then stored by a designated person.
