研究目的：

本研究旨在系统评估针刺治疗缺血性卒中后运动性失语的临床疗效和安全性，同时通过蛋白质组学分析探讨针刺疗效的分子机制。通过随机对照与巢式病例对照试验，本研究将比较针刺治疗对患者语言功能的改善效果，监测相关不良反应，确保治疗的安全性。此外，通过识别与疗效相关的关键蛋白质标志物，研究还将探索针刺对神经修复和功能恢复的潜在机制，并尝试构建疗效预测模型，为个性化治疗提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture treatment for motor aphasia after ischemic stroke, and to explore the molecular mechanism of acupuncture efficacy through proteomic analysis. Through randomized controlled and nested case-control trials, this study will compare the improvement effect of acupuncture treatment on patients' language function, monitor related adverse reactions, and ensure the safety of treatment. In addition, by identifying key protein markers related to therapeutic efficacy, the study will also explore the potential mechanisms of acupuncture on nerve repair and functional recovery, and attempt to construct efficacy prediction models to provide scientific basis for personalized treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

a.脑梗死患者，发病14天-3月； b.失语症严重程度0-3级； c.年龄45-75岁，男女均可； d.自愿签署知情同意书并配合完成本研究。

Inclusion criteria

a. Patients with cerebral infarction, onset 14 days to 3 months; b. Aphasia severity level 0-3; c. Age range: 45-75 years old, both male and female are welcome; d. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and cooperate to complete this study.

排除标准：

a.其他原因引起的失语患者； b.本次发病前存在失语的患者； c.合并有肝、肾、造血系统和内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病或视听异常、严重认知类、精神类疾病，影响检查和治疗者； d.正在接受经颅磁刺激或其他可能影响疗效评价的治疗措施的患者； e.妊娠、哺乳期妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

a. Aphasia patients caused by other reasons; b. Patients who had aphasia before the onset of this illness; c. Individuals with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, and endocrine system, or with visual and auditory abnormalities, severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders that affect examination and treatment; d. Patients undergoing transcranial magnetic stimulation or other treatment measures that may affect efficacy evaluation; e. Pregnant and lactating women;

使用SPSS 21.0软件生成随机数字表，按照1：1比例将受试者随机分至试验组与对照组。随机分组信息由项目研究人员专人负责。使用棕色牛皮纸信封，信封表面依次进行数字顺序编号，按照数字编号，放入对应的受试者分组信息。

Use SPSS 21.0 software to generate a random number table, and randomly divide the subjects into an experimental group and a control group in a 1:1 ratio. The random grouping information is the responsibility of the project researchers. Use brown kraft paper envelopes, label the surface of the envelopes with numerical sequence numbers, and insert the corresponding subject grouping information according to the numerical numbers.
