研究目的：

评价针刺治疗膝骨关节炎治疗次数选择预测模型的可行性

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the feasibility of the prediction model for the number of times of acupuncture treatment for knee osteoarthritis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄45-75岁之间，男女不限； ②经影像学检查确诊为膝骨关节炎（Kellgren-Lawrence分级II及以上）； ③近一周平地行走时NRS疼痛评分≥4。

Inclusion criteria

①Age 45-75 years old male and female; ②The patient was diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade II and above) by imaging examination. ③ NRS pain score ≥4 when walking on flat ground in the past week.

排除标准：

①近6个月接受膝关节注射（关节腔内、皮下、肌肉注射），或近1年关节镜检查史、膝关节手术史或计划接受膝关节注射、等待膝关节手术； ②其他疾病引起的膝关节疼痛； ③精神或神经功能障碍、凝血功能障碍、严重急性或慢性器质性疾病； ④因语言问题或认知障碍等无法进行正常沟通； ⑤近1个月内接受过针刺治疗膝骨关节炎。

Exclusion criteria：

① Have received knee injection (intra-articular subcutaneous or intramuscular injection) in the past 6 months or have a history of arthroscopy or knee surgery in the past 1 year or plan to receive knee injection or wait for knee surgery; ②Knee pain caused by other diseases; ③Mental or neurological disorders coagulation disorders severe acute or chronic organic diseases; ④ Unable to communicate normally due to language problems or cognitive impairments; ⑤ Received acupuncture treatment for knee osteoarthritis in the past 1 month.
