研究目的：

评价腰椎斜板法治疗腰腿痛的有效性和安全性，为腰椎斜板法治疗腰腿痛提供临床证据。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lumbar oblique plate method in the treatment of low back pain and leg pain and to provide clinical evidence for lumbar oblique plate method in the treatment of low back pain and leg pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18-70岁； （2）符合急性腰扭伤、腰椎间盘突出症等慢性腰腿痛的诊断标准； （3）视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale, VAS）≥4分； （4）可接受该方法治疗； （5）自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged from 18 to 70 years old; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic low back pain such as acute lumbar sprain and lumbar disc herniation; (3) Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) ≥4; (4) patients could be treated with the method; (5) Voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准； （2）伴有类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎等疾病并出现严重炎性反应或骨性融合； （3）伴有腰骶部其他严重疾病，如腰椎滑脱、腰椎骨折和严重腰椎骨质疏松等。 （4）妊娠或脯乳期妇女； （5）合并有严重的肝、肾、心、肺、造血系统等严重原发性疾病或全身衰竭者； （6）精神异常不能配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) did not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) accompanied by rheumatoid arthritis ankylosing spondylitis and other diseases with severe inflammatory reaction or bone fusion; (3) accompanied by other serious diseases of the lumbosacral region such as lumbar spondylolisthesis lumbar fracture and severe lumbar osteoporosis. (4) pregnant or lactating women; (5) complicated with severe primary diseases of liver kidney heart lung hematopoietic system or systemic failure; (6) patients with mental disorders unable to cooperate with treatment
