研究目的：

以TEAS为主要治疗方法，使用中医五音疗法协同增效，通过量表及舌脉诊数据明确不同治疗方案对肝郁脾虚型SD人群抑郁程度及中医证候的改变，通过脑电和fNIRS技术探讨TEAS和中医五音疗法改善SD状态的脑机制

Objectives of Study：

Taking TEAS as the main treatment method, five-tone therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was used to synergistic effect, and the changes of depression degree and TCM syndromes of SD patients with liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency induced by different treatment programs were identified by scale and tongue and pulse data. The brain mechanism of improving SD state by tetrAS and five-tone therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was investigated by EEG and fNIRS techniques

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄18～30岁，性别不限，右利手； ②符合阈下抑郁诊断标准，即大部分时间具有两种或两种以上的抑郁症状，持续两周以上，伴随有一定程度的社会功能损害，但达不到抑郁障碍的诊断标准； ③使用迷你国际神经精神病学访谈（The Mini International Neuro psychiatric Interview（MINIversion5.0）），确定不符合精神障碍诊断和统计手册第5版（Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-V，DSM-V）中抑郁症的诊断标准且无自杀倾向； ④17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）分数＞7分，＜17分； ⑤思虑过度，多疑善忧，时常叹气，食欲下降，消瘦，易疲劳，稍事活动便觉倦怠，脘痞暧气，月经不调，大便时溏时干，或咽中不适如有异物梗阻中任2项及2项以上症状； ⑥在过去6个月未接受任何抑郁症相关的治疗； ⑦ 知情同意，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

① Age is 18~30 years old, gender is not limited, right-handed; ② Meet the diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression, that is, most of the time with two or more types of depressive symptoms, lasting for more than two weeks, accompanied by a certain degree of social function impairment, but can not meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder; ③ Using the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (The Mini International Neuro psychiatric Interview (MINIversion5.0)) to determine the diagnostic criteria for depression not suicidal in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Version 5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-V, DSM-V); ④ 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score> 7, <17; ⑤ Excessive thinking, suspicious and good worry, often sigh, decreased appetite, wasting, easy to fatigue, a little activity will feel tired, warm qi, irregular menstruation, loose stool, or pharyngeal discomfort such as foreign body obstruction in 2 or 2 symptoms; ⑥ Not receiving any depression-related treatment in the past 6 months; ⑦ Informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

① 根据DSM-V标准，满足心境障碍、双相抑郁障碍、精神障碍等的诊断标准； ② 既往精神疾病史或器质性精神障碍，或精神活性物质和非成瘾物质所致抑郁者； ③ 任何重大医学或神经疾病，头部外伤史； ④ 有内分泌紊乱（如库欣综合征、艾迪生氏病）等影响指标检测者； ⑤ 正在参与对本研究结果有影响的其它临床试验者。 如以上任何一个答案为“是”，此受试者不能参加。

Exclusion criteria：

① According to the DSM-V criteria, meet the diagnostic criteria of mood disorder, bipolar depression disorder, mental disorder and so on; ② Patients with a history of previous mental illness or organic mental disorders, or depression caused by psychoactive substances and non-addictive substances; ③ Any major medical or neurological disease, a history of head trauma; ④ Endocrine disorders (such as Cushing's syndrome, Addison's disease) and other influence indicators detection; ⑤ Other clinical trials currently influencing the results of the study. If any of the above answers are yes, this subject could not participate.

在经皮电治疗的基础上采用背景五音传承文化有限公司的“空间场式播放设备”，选用肝郁脾虚证型相应的《春回大地》、《草木清新》、《心旷神怡》治疗曲目，以疏肝健脾，化痰散结，每次30min，每周2次，总疗程为4周。

对受试者予一般心理健康教育，并在此基础上使用英迪KWD-808I电子脉冲经络理疗仪进行治疗，采用疏密波，频率取2/100Hz，波宽0.2ms，强度为10-50mA以受试者耐受为度；选取双侧内关穴、神门穴、足三里穴、太冲穴，分别贴上电极片。每次治疗持续30min，每周2次，总疗程为4周。
