研究目的：

探究针灸通过轻中度抑郁症的治疗效果，同时通过测序和代谢组学分析，检测针灸治疗对肠道微生物组组成、群落功能与代谢组的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on mild to moderate depression and to detect the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on intestinal microbiome composition community function and metabolic group through sequencing and metabonomics analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.所有患者均符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册(第5版)》抑郁障碍诊断标准；2.7分＜HAMD17评分≤24分，符合轻中度抑郁症诊断标准；3.年龄18～60岁，性别不限；4.患者对研究知情并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th edition); 2.7 points<HAMD17 score ≤ 24 points meeting the diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate depression; 3. Age range of 18 to 60 years old gender not limited; 4. The patient is informed of the study and signs an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.HAMD17评分>24分；2.合并感染性、自身免疫性疾病；3.合并脑部器质性疾病或其他类型精神障碍；4.合并严重躯体疾病；5.合并胃肠道器质性疾病或功能性胃肠疾病；6.合并糖尿病、冠心病、高血压等代谢性疾病；7.既往有肠道手术史；8.入组前有抑郁症病史；9.入组前3个月内服用过抗抑郁药物、抗生素或影响肠道菌群的药物；10.体重指数(body mass index，BMI)≥28 kg／m2；11.已纳入或拟纳入其他I临床研究及抗抑郁症药物治疗史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. HAMD17 score>24 points; 2. Concurrent infectious and autoimmune diseases; 3. Merge organic brain diseases or other types of mental disorders; 4. Merge serious physical illnesses; 5. Merge organic gastrointestinal diseases or functional gastrointestinal diseases; 6. Metabolic diseases such as diabetes coronary heart disease and hypertension; 7. History of previous intestinal surgery; 8. History of depression before enrollment; 9. Have taken antidepressants antibiotics or drugs that affect gut microbiota within the past 3 months prior to enrollment; 10. Body mass index (BMI) ≥ 28 kg/m2; 11. Already included or planned to be included in other clinical studies and history of antidepressant medication treatment
