研究目的：

本研究主要通过观察坐位调膝法结合㨰法推拿、专家共识推拿方案对内翻型膝关节骨性关节炎（knee osteoarthritis，KOA）患者的内收分量及其dGRV模型下分量影响，比较两种治疗方案的临床优效性，为从生物力学的角度理解坐位调膝改善内翻型KOA患者疼痛及功能的作用机制提供证据，为进一步改善坐位调膝的手法操作及临床效果提供思路

Objectives of Study：

This study mainly observed the effects of sitting knee adjustment combined with massage and expert consensus massage on the adduction component of patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and its dGRV model and compared the clinical efficacy of the two treatment regimens so as to provide evidence for understanding the mechanism of sitting knee adjustment to improve pain and function in patients with varus KOA from the perspective of biomechanics and to provide ideas for further improving the manual operation and clinical effect of sitting knee adjustment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准； (2)临床分期为早、中期内翻型KOA患者（内翻型KOA患者：下肢全长位片显示下肢力线通过膝关节中心点内侧，距中点2mm以上）； (3)身体状况良好，能独立步行（不借助辅助工具）； (4)年龄在年龄≥50岁且≤80岁，性别不限； (5)体重指数18.5kg/m2≤BMI＜35 kg/m2； (6)自愿加入本试验并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Patients with early and intermediate valguration KOA (varus KOA patients: the full-length radiograph of the lower limb shows that the alignment of the lower limb passes through the medial point of the knee joint, more than 2mm from the midpoint); (3) Be in good physical condition and be able to walk independently (without the help of assistive tools); (4) Aged ≥ 50 years old and ≤ 80 years old, gender is not limited; (5) Body mass index 18.5 kg/m2 ≤ BMI< 35 kg/m2; (6) Those who voluntarily join this trial and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)膝部有外伤和手术史者； (2)伴有前后交叉韧带、副韧带、半月板撕裂及断裂患者； (3)膝部有肿瘤、结核、骨髓炎等疾病患者； (4)牛皮癣、梅毒性神经病、褐斑病、代谢性骨病等； (5)大脑功能损害的病人； (6)独立或不稳定的行走患者； (7)严重肝肾功能不全、严重心血管疾病、糖尿病及精神疾病者； (8)排除妊娠及哺乳期妇女 (9)排除其他原因造成的功能性膝内翻患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with a history of knee trauma and surgery; (2) Patients with anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments collateral ligaments and meniscus tears and ruptures; (3) Patients with tumors tuberculosis osteomyelitis and other diseases in the knee; (4) Psoriasis syphilitic neuropathy brown spot disease metabolic bone disease etc.; (5) patients with impaired brain function; (6) independent or unstable ambulatory patients; (7) Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency severe cardiovascular disease diabetes and mental illness; (8) Exclude pregnant and lactating women (9) Exclude patients with functional varus caused by other reasons.

本次试验对符合纳入标准的患者使用SPSS26.0软件按照患者的编号进行随机分组，分为治疗组和对照组两组，治疗组采取坐位调膝结合㨰法推拿治疗；对照组采取膝骨关节炎的专家共识方案。

In this trial patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group the treatment group was treated with sitting knee adjustment combined with massage method and the control group was treated with knee osteoarthritis.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.病例报告表(CRF)的填写与移交：完成的病例报告表由课题负责人和研究助理审查后，交数据管理人员，进行数据录入与管理工作。 2.数据的录入与修改：数据录入与管理由数据管理员负责。采用Excel数据库，进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据的准确性，由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入并校对。 3.对病例报告表中存在的疑问。数据管理员将填写疑问解答表(DRO)，并通过研究助理向课题负责人发出询问，课题负责人应尽快解答并返回，数据管理员根据课题负责人的回答进行数据修改，确认与录入。 4.数据库锁定：在确认所建的数据库无误后，由课题负责人、数据管理人员、统计分析人员对数据库进行锁定。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Fill in and hand over the CRF form: The completed CRF form will be reviewed by the project leader and the research assistant and then handed over to the data management personnel for data entry and management. 2. Data entry and modification: Data entry and management are the responsibility of the data administrator. Excel database is used for data entry and management. In order to ensure the accuracy of the data two data managers independently enter and proofread the data. 3. Questions about the presence of questions in the case report form. The data manager will fill out the question and answer form (DRO) and send an inquiry to the project leader through the research assistant and the project leader should answer and return as soon as possible and the data manager will modify confirm and enter the data according to the project leader's answers. 4. Database locking: After confirming that the database is correct the project leader data management personnel and statistical analysts will lock the database.
