Objectives of Study：

The Application of Transcutaneous Acupoint Electrical Stimulation Combined with Oxycodone in the Perioperative Period

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①手术患者；②年龄18～95岁；③不伴随严重心、肺疾病，美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；

Inclusion criteria

① Surgical patients ② Age 18 to 95 years old ③ Without accompanying severe heart or lung diseases American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-III

排除标准：

①一月内使用过TEAS或针灸；②穴位所在经络神经损伤或感染；③一周内使用过止吐药；④慢性疼痛患者及术前一月内接受抗抑郁药物、镇静镇痛药物治疗患者；⑤严重肝、肾功能障碍；⑥严重神经精神异常； ⑦存在相关药物使用禁忌患者；⑧严重睡眠呼吸暂停

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of TEAS or acupuncture within the past month. 2. Nerve damage or infection at the acupoint location. 3. Use of antiemetic drugs within the past week. 4. Patients with chronic pain and those who have received antidepressant or sedative 5. analgesic treatment within one month before surgery. 6. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction. 7. Severe neurological or psychiatric abnormalities. 8. Patients with contraindications to the use of related medications. 9. Severe sleep apnea.
