研究目的：

1.探究正颌及关节外科术后患者发生PONV的现状及影响因素。 2.了解正颌及关节外科术后患者发生恶心呕吐的自我体验，为提供管理策略提供依据。 3.验证针经皮穴位电刺激手环对正颌患者PONV的防治效果，以期降低患者PONV发生率、严重程度；加速患者术后康复，减少患者因PONV造成的并发症及住院天数，提高患者术后舒适度及满意度。

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) in patients who have received orthognathic and joint. 2. To understand the self-experience of nausea and vomiting after orthognathic and joint surgery, and to provide the basis for providing management strategies. 3. verify the preventive and curative effects of a wristband with acupuncture and electroacupuncture on PONV in patients who have received orthognathic surgery, so to reduce the incidence and severity of PONV in patients, to accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients, to reduce the complications and hospital days caused by PONV, and improve the postoperative comfort and satisfaction of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①女性；②年龄：18~50岁；③手术名称包含“Lefort骨切开旋转摆正术或SSOR”术式患者；④ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级；⑤告知研究目的和内容后,患者及其家属签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

①Female;②Age: 18 to 50 years old;③patients who underwent the operation name contained “Lefort osteotomy rotationalpositioning surgery or SSOR” surgical procedure;④ASA grade I or II;⑤after informing the purpose and content of the study, patients and their families signed the informed.

排除标准：

①金属接触过敏性体质，体内有心脏起搏器、金属植入物等；②手腕佩戴部位皮肤破损，肝肾功能异常；③有颅脑或精神系统疾病；④既往有消化道手术史或胃肠道慢性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

①Metal contact allergic constitution with cardiac pacemaker metal implants etc. in the body; ②Skin damage at the wrist wearing site liver and kidney function; ③Having intracranial or mental system diseases; ④History of digestive tract surgery or chronic gastrointestinal diseases.

采用经皮穴位电刺激治疗：内关穴、从第 １ 级开始，逐渐增强刺激等级直至患者感觉手的相关区域有麻刺感、手术结束患者全麻清醒（Steward评分≥5分）立即开启电刺激。连续刺激24小时。

Transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation treatment: Neiguan acupoint, from the 1st level, gradually increase the stimulation level until patient feels a tingling sensation in the relevant area of the hand, the patient is awake after surgery (Steward score ≥ 5 points), immediately turn on the stimulation. Continuous stimulation for 24 hours.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用随机数字表法对108例正颌手术患者进行分组。通过 Excel 2021 生成随机数字表，采用信封法进行隐藏。随机数字装入不透明的信封中密封并交由排手术的非课题小组护士保管，在确定患者符合纳入标准后由该名护士随机抽取信封，将住院号登记在信封封面后拆开信封，根据数字对应的组别，将患者分配至相应的对照组（不使用手环组）和干预组（通电经皮穴位电刺激手环组）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The random number table method was used to group 108 patients who underwent orthognathic surgery. A random number table was generated through Excel 021 and was used in combination with the envelope method to conceal it. The random numbers were sealed into opaque envelopes and were given to a non-investigative operating room to keep. After determining that the patients met the inclusion criteria the nurse randomly drew an envelope registered the hospital number on the envelope cover and then opened the envelope. According the group to which the number corresponded the patients were assigned to the corresponding control group (group without wristband) and the intervention group (group with electric transcutaneousupoint stimulation wristband).
