研究目的：

评价“利脑通络”针法治疗风痰瘀阻型脑卒中恢复期的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation the clinical efficacy of "Linao-Tongluo" acupuncture therapy for wind-phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in Post-Stroke Recovery Phase

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合脑卒中西医诊断且符合中风中经络风痰瘀阻证中医诊断的标准者； ②处于脑卒中恢复期者，病程在脑卒中发病后2周至6个月内； ③无认知和严重言语障碍，能配合检测，自主独立步行5分钟以上； ④年龄在18岁至75岁； ⑤签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients meeting diagnostic criteria for stroke and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pattern of Wind-Phlegm-Blood Stasis Syndrome in meridian-collateral involvement stage; ② In post-stroke recovery phase (disease duration: 2 weeks to 6 months after stroke onset); ③ Absence of cognitive impairment or severe aphasia able to cooperate with assessment and ambulate independently for ≥5 minutes; ④ Aged 18 to 75 years; ⑤ Signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①不符合纳入标准者； ②生命体征不稳定或神经学症状持续进展的患者，并发严重心、肺、肝、肾等内科疾病； ③有精神分裂症、严重痴呆等精神类疾病的患者或其他自觉无法坚持试验者； ④有下肢神经、肌肉、骨骼、血管既往病史造成的运动功能障碍，活动受限者； ⑤体内装有电子起搏器或者其他电子医疗装置的； ⑥出现前庭或小脑功能障碍，出现严重感觉障碍； ⑦近1月或同时参加其他临床试验研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Failure to meet the inclusion criteria; ② Patients with unstable vital signs or progressing neurological symptoms or severe comorbidities (cardiac pulmonary hepatic renal etc.); ③ History of psychiatric disorders (e.g. schizophrenia severe dementia) or self-reported inability to complete the trial; ④ Pre-existing motor dysfunction due to neurological/musculoskeletal/vascular disorders affecting lower limbs; ⑤ Presence of implanted electronic medical devices (e.g. cardiac pacemakers); ⑥ Vestibular/cerebellar dysfunction or severe sensory impairment; ⑦ Participation in other clinical trials within 1 month or concurrently.
