研究目的：

本研究的旨在通过比较中医手法治疗结合Schroth疗法与单一Schroth疗法在治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯方面的疗效差异，评估中西医结合疗法的综合效果，为AIS的临床治疗提供新的思路和方法。具体目标包括：1.评估两种治疗方案对患者脊柱侧弯角度（X线Cobb角）的改善程度。2.通过SRS22（Scoliosis Research Society-22）问卷评估患者生活质量的变化。3.分析脊柱凹凸两侧红外热像温值差(ΔT)作为评估疗效的辅助指标。4.探讨中西医结合疗法在缓解疼痛、促进脊柱形态恢复及提升生活质量方面的作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the comprehensive effect of integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy by comparing the efficacy of TCM manipulation therapy combined with Schroth therapy and Schroth therapy alone in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis and to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of AIS. Specific objectives include: 1. To evaluate the degree to which the two treatment regimens improve the angle of the patient's scoliosis (X-ray Cobb angle). 2. The change in the quality of life of patients was assessed by the SRS22 (Scoliosis Research Society-22) questionnaire. 3. The infrared thermal image temperature difference (ΔT) between the two sides of the spinal concave and convex was analyzed as an auxiliary index to evaluate the efficacy. 4. To explore the mechanism in relieving pain promoting spinal morphological recovery and improving quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合AIS诊断标准，符合中医体质气虚质分型，且10°≤Cobb角<45°; (2)年龄10-18岁，性别不限； (3)签署知情同意书并能配合随访； (4)能接受本研究各项治疗并配合X线和红外线热成像检查，进行Cobb角、红外线热成像温度值等相关指标测量； (5)治疗期间不再接受其他任何治疗方案。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS) and classified under the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) constitution of Qi 2. deficiency with Cobb angle between 10° and 45°. 3. Aged between 10 and 18 years regardless of gender. 4. Able to sign informed consent and comply with follow-up requirements. 5.Able to receive the treatments in this study and cooperate with X-ray and infrared thermography examinations for the measurement of Cobb angle infrared thermography temperature values and other relevant indicators. No other treatment plans during the study period.

排除标准：

(1)脊柱侧弯进展严重，已影响心肺功能，或需立即予手术矫正者; (2)先天性脊柱畸形者，或有椎体滑脱症、肿瘤、结核、骨折等不耐受脊柱应力性治疗者； (3)合井心脑血管、肺、肾和造血系统疾病、风湿病、神经肌肉疾病等严重原发性疾病者； (4)接受过脊柱矫正手术或近3月接受其他治疗者； (5)患有皮肤病或皮肤有破溃，妨碍手法操作者； (6)患有精神疾病，或心理障碍，临床依从性差的患者； (7)其他原因无法配合完成研究规定的治疗、检查及随访要求者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe progression of spinal deformity affecting cardiopulmonary function or requiring immediate surgical correction. 2.Congenital spinal deformities or conditions such as spondylolisthesis tumors tuberculosis fractures or other conditions that are intolerant to spinal stress treatments. 3.Severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular pulmonary renal hematologic disorders rheumatic diseases or neuromuscular diseases. 4.Prior spinal correction surgery or other treatments received within the last 3 months. 5.Skin diseases or open skin lesions that hinder the physical manipulation. 6.Mental illness psychological disorders or patients with poor clinical compliance. 7.Other conditions that prevent the patient from complying with the required treatments examinations and follow-up protocols of the study.

1.分配生成者：由宜宾市中医医院科教科专人使用R软件生成随机分配序列。 2.方法：采用简单随机化，通过R语言中的sample()函数生成1至N（患者数量）之间的随机序列，并按该序列对患者进行分组。 3.分配实施：患者按入组顺序进行编号，使用随机化结果将患者分配到观察组（中医推拿结合Schroth训练）或对照组（Schroth训练）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

1.Allocation Generator: The random allocation sequence will be generated by a designated staff member from the Science and Education Department of Yibin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine using R software. 2.Method: Simple randomization will be used with the sample() function in R generating a random sequence between 1 and N (total number of patients). Patients will then be grouped based on this sequence. 3.Implementation of Allocation: Patients will be assigned a number based on their order of enrollment and the randomization result will be used to allocate patients to the observation group (Traditional Chinese Medicine manipulation combined with Schroth exercise) or the control group (Schroth exercise).

The Data Monitoring Committee (DMC) for Medical Data in this project is the Science and Education Department of Yibin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Designated outcome assessors will record data on paper and computerized CRFs and the DMC will keep an eye on it. Everymonth monitors will audit the data. During the evaluation process coaches and statisticians will not have access to these data.
