研究目的：

（1）明确平胃建中解毒方治疗胃癌前病变的疗效及安全性，为平胃建中解毒方的临床应用与推广提供高质量循证依据。 （2）将模拟目标试验方法合理应用于中医药观察性研究，提高中医药临床研究证据质量，为探索中医特色高质量循证医学研究方法提供借鉴。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify the efficacy and safety of Pingwei Jianzhong Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions, and to provide high-quality evidence for the clinical application and promotion of Pingwei Jianzhong Jiedu Decoction. (2) To reasonably apply the simulated target trial method to the observational study of traditional Chinese medicine, improve the evidence quality of clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine, and provide reference for exploring high-quality evidence-based medicine research methods with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合诊断标准的患者知情同意并自愿参加研究者（诊断标准：胃黏膜癌前病变诊断标准参照2017年中华医学会《中国慢性胃炎共识意见》，并结合内窥镜与病理诊断，并以病理诊断为最终诊断依据，即慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生或异型增生）； ②患者年龄18-70岁。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who met the diagnostic criteria had informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study. (Diagnostic criteria: the diagnostic criteria of precancerous lesions of gastric mucosa was based on the 2017 Chinese Medical Association Consensus on Chronic Gastritis, combined with endoscopy and pathological diagnosis, and the final diagnosis was based on pathological diagnosis, namely chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia); ② The age of patients ranged from 18 to 70 years old.

排除标准：

①无法接受6个月随访者； ②有影响患者自诉能力严重脑疾病或精神疾病； ③胃黏膜癌变者； ④合并恶性肿瘤者； ⑤存在其他消化系统疾病者； ⑥合并严重心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病者； ⑦妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

① Unable to accept 6-month follow-up; (2) serious brain or mental illness affecting the patient's ability to report; ③ gastric cancer; ④ combined with malignant tumors; ⑤ patients with other digestive system diseases; ⑥ complicated with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; ⑦ Pregnant or lactating women.
