研究目的：

通过随机平行对照的临床研究，为针刺配合杨氏絮刺火罐疗法治疗轻中度老年抑郁症的有效性和安全性提供循证医学依据，探究针罐结合疗法调节HPA轴的作用机制，拟传承、推广和发扬海派杨氏针灸学术特色。

Objectives of Study：

This RCT study provides evidence-based medical basis for the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture combined with Yang's cupping therapy in the treatment of mild to moderate late life depression exploring the mechanism of acupuncture combined with cupping to regulate the HPA axis and intends to inherit and promote the academic characteristics of Shanghai Yang's acupuncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）符合上述中西医诊断标准和中医分类标准。 2）HAMD 8≤总分≤35的轻中度抑郁； 3）60至85岁之间。性别不限； 4）未接受其他抗抑郁治疗； 5）经患者及家属同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Meet the above diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and classification standards of traditional Chinese medicine. 2) Mild to moderate depression with HAMD 8≤ total score ≤35; 3) Between 60 and 85 years old. No gender limitation; 4) Not receiving other antidepressant treatment; 5) Agreed by the patient and his family, and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）意识障碍或严重的智能障碍、失语、耳聋和认知障碍者； 2）合并严重的心、肝、肾、肺、消化系统、内分泌系统和造血系统等原发性疾病或其他严重的躯体疾病者; 3）既往有精神病史和（或）家族史； 4）酒精或精神类药物依赖者； 5）晕针或不配合针刺者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) With consciousness disorder or serious intellectual impairment aphasia deafness and cognitive impairment; 2) With serious primary diseases of the heart liver kidney lung digestive system endocrine system and hematopoietic system or other serious physical diseases; 3) A history of mental illness and/or family history; 4) Alcohol or psychotropic drug dependence; 5) Faint after acupuncture treatment or do not cooperate with acupuncture.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

应用简单随机法把80例患者以1:1的比例分为针罐结合组和单纯针刺组各40例，运用SPSS26.0软件生成随机数表（1-80）。将分组结果制成卡片，放入密封的牛皮纸信封中并编号。取出信封根据分组情况使用相应的治疗方法。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Simple randomization method will be used to divide 80 patients into group of acupuncture combined with cupping and group of acupuncture with a ratio of 1:1 with 40 cases in each group. SPSS26.0 software will be used to generate random number table (1-80). Cards of the grouping results will be placed in sealed envelopes which will be numbered. The envelopes will be opened. The appropriate treatment will be applied according to the grouping results.
