研究目的：

本课题基于国家重点研发计划“穴位敏化与靶器官关联的规律及机制”，以慢性冠脉综合征患者为研究对象。本研究采用随机对照设计，旨在探索使用电针敏化部位和传统针刺对于慢性冠脉综合征的疗效。评价电针敏化部位治疗慢性冠脉综合征的有效性和安全性，从而增强临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Based on National Key Research and Development Program of China the rule and mechanism of the association between acupoint sensitization and target organs this study will be conducted in patients with chronic coronary syndromes. The aim of this study is to explore the efficacy of electroacupuncture at sensitization areas and traditional acupoints for chronic coronary syndromes in a randomized controlled study. The efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture at sensitization areas for chronic coronary syndromes will be evaluated to enhance the clinical efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢性冠脉综合征诊断标准（欧洲心脏病学会（ESC）于2019年发布的《慢性冠脉综合征的诊断与指南》[5]； （2）对答清晰并符合以上诊断标准的门诊或住院患者； （3）年龄18-65岁之间； （4）有心绞痛发作病史3月及以上，每周发作不少于2次，且每次发作的程度、持续时间基本稳定； （5）近3个月内未接受相应针灸治疗的患者； （6）愿意参与试验并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic coronary syndrome according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Chronic Coronary Syndrome issued by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) in 2019 (2) The patient can answer clearly(3) Age18 to 65 years (inclusive of 18 and 65 years); (4) Patient has experienced angina attacks for at least two weeks lasting three months or longer and the frequency and severity of each attack are essentially constant; (5) Patient has not received appropriate acupuncture treatment in the last 3 months; (6) Patients are willing to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）既往有心肌梗死、严重心力衰竭、瓣膜性心脏病、严重的心律失常、原发性心肌病、血液类疾病；既往有高血压、高血糖者,以及伴有其他严重脑血管疾病者。 （2）局部皮肤末梢神经感觉异常者； （3）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女，精神疾病患者； （4）合并有其他严重心脑疾病者； （5）同时参加其他临床试验； （6）有出血、过敏体质者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients have previous myocardial infarction severe heart failure valvular heart disease severe cardiac arrhythmia primary cardiomyopathy hematologic disorders hypertension hyperglycemia and other serious cerebrovascular diseases;(2) Patients feel localized skin peripheral nerve abnormalities; (3) Patients are pregnant breastfeeding or mentally ill; (4) Patient have other serious heart and brain diseases; (5) Patients are participating in other clinical trials; (6) Patient are bleeding allergic. Note: Patients are excluded if they meet any of these criteria.
