研究目的：

本研究旨在探究随咳进针法对针刺进针刺痛是否起到缓解作用。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate whether forceful coughing plays a role in relieving the stinging pain of acupuncture needle entry.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①健康志愿者——美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级：I-II级。 （I级：体格健康，发育营养良好，各器官功能正常。II级：除外科疾病外，有轻微并存病，功能代偿健全。） ②年龄在1835岁之间，包括18岁及35岁； ③意识清楚，愿意配合，语言表达能力正常； ④自愿参加本课题并签署《知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

① Healthy volunteers - American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: Class I-II. (Grade I: Physically healthy well developed and well nourished with normal functioning of all organs. Grade II: Minor coexisting diseases other than surgical diseases with sound functional compensation.) ② Age between 18 35 years old including 18 years old and 35 years old; ③ Clear consciousness willingness to cooperate normal language expression ability; ④ Voluntarily participate in this subject and sign the Informed Consent Form.

排除标准：

①患有以下疾病或病史者：凝血功能障碍等出血性疾病、精神疾病、周围神经病及手汗症。 ②长期使用镇痛药、抗凝药和/或抗血小板药物、镇静剂、抗抑郁药和抗惊厥药者； ③进针部位的异常皮肤状况(感染、疤痕、银屑病和湿疹)； ④月经、妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ⑤两周内行针刺治疗者； ⑥正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

①People with the following diseases or medical history: bleeding disorders such as coagulation disorders psychiatric disorders peripheral neuropathy and hand sweating. ②People with long-term use of analgesics anticoagulants and/or antiplatelet drugs tranquilizers antidepressants and anticonvulsants; ③Abnormal skin conditions (infection scarring psoriasis and eczema) at the site of needle entry; ④Menstruating pregnant or lactating women; ⑤ Those who have undergone acupuncture treatment within two weeks; ⑥ Those who are participating in other clinical trials.

采用随机数字表法，在Excel表格上记录受试者基本信息，在第二行列输入公式=RAND()，随机生成数值后，升序排列，1-30为浮针A组，31-60为浮针B组，61-90为针刺A组，91-120为针刺B组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using the random number table method the basic information of the subjects was recorded on an Excel sheet and the formula =RAND() was entered in the second row and column and after randomly generating the values the values were arranged in ascending order with 1-30 being FSN Group A 31-60 being FSN Group B 61-90 being Acupuncture Group A and 91-120 being Acupuncture Group B. The results of this study were summarized in the following table.
