研究目的：

初步探讨针刺治疗对肝恶性肿瘤消融术后减轻患者疼痛及改善胃肠功能障碍的可行性，为后续前瞻性随机对照研究提供研究基础

Objectives of Study：

To preliminarily evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture for alleviating pain and improving gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with liver malignant tumors after thermal ablation compared to the sham acupuncture providing a research basis for subsequent prospective randomized controlled studies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

a.18-80岁；b.病理结果证实或临床确诊为肝恶性肿瘤，且患者同意在本中心行热消融治疗；c.消融治疗在全身麻醉条件下进行。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients who were aged 18 to 80 years; (2) Pathological results confirm or clinically diagnose liver malignancy and agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent forms. ; (3) underwent ablation procedures under general endotracheal anesthesia.

排除标准：

a.各种原因无法完成消融治疗；b. 计划进行联合手术治疗的患者（联合肝切除术、腹腔镜辅助胆囊切除等）；c. 术前使用镇痛药的患者；d. 有阿片类药物成瘾史、酗酒或精神疾病史；e有针灸治疗经历。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) fail to finish thermal ablation for any reason; (2) patients who underwent ablation combined with other surgical treatments during hospitalization (such as cholecystectomy or liver resection); (3) patients who use analgesics before ablation; (4) had a history of opioid addiction alcohol abuse or mental illness; (5) had a history of acupuncture.

Using a randomization table eligible participants were randomized 1:1 to either the QHN therapy group (treatment group) or the sham acupuncture group (control group). A randomization table was created in advance by a statistician who was not involved in the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰的载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The researchers loaded the data into the case report form in a timely complete correct and clear manner based on the original observation records of the subjects. The data was entered using a corresponding database system with two people and two machines and then the database was compared twice. Electronic data files are classified and saved with multiple backups stored on different disks or recording media properly preserved to prevent damage.
