研究目的：

探讨五音疗法联合坐式八段锦对肺癌患者心理痛苦、睡眠质量的影响，为患者提供简单、安全、有效、经济的中医护理方法。

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effect of Wuyin therapy combined with sitting Baduanjin on psychological distress and sleep quality in patients with lung cancer, and provide patients with simple, safe, effective and economical traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）西医诊断参照 2022版国家卫健委发布的《原发性肺癌诊疗指南》，符合肺癌的西医诊断标准患者。 （2）患者知晓自身疾病的诊断结果及其预后情况。 （3）符合焦虑自评量表（SAS）得分≥50分及抑郁自评量表（SDS）得分≥53分的患者。 （4）性别不限，年龄大于18岁的患者。 （5）意识清楚、听力、肌力正常的患者。 （6）自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The diagnosis of western medicine was referred to the 2022 version of the "Primary Lung Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guide issued by the National Health Commission, and patients who met the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for lung cancer were included. (2) The patients were aware of the diagnosis results of own diseases and their prognosis. (3) Patients with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score ≥ 50 points and Self-Rating Scale (SDS) score ≥ 53 points were included. (4) Patients with no restrictions on gender and age over 18 years old were included.(5) Patients with clear consciousness, normal hearing and muscle strength were included. (6) Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form were included

排除标准：

(1)多器官衰竭，重要组织、器官严重并发症的患者。 (2)有精祌病家族史及严重认知障碍无法进行交流沟通的患者。近期有突发家庭变故的患者。 (3)使用治疗焦虑和抑郁的药物的患者。 (4)四肢残疾、肢体锻炼无能患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with multi-organ failure, severe complications of important tissues and organs. (2)Patients with a family history of mental illness severe cognitive impairment who are unable to communicate. Patients who have sudden changes in the family recently. (3)Patients taking medications for anxiety and depression. (4)ients with limb disability and inability to exercise limbs.

本研究选取医院符合纳排标准的肺癌患者100 例，采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为四组：对照组、五音组、坐式八段锦组、联合组，每组25人。

In this study, 100 lung cancer patients in the hospital who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected. The research subjects were divided into four groups by the random number table method: the control group, the five-sound group, the sitting Baduanjin group, and the combined group, with 25 people in each group.
