研究目的：

依托病例注册登记系统、HIS数据库，开展以医院为基础的多种中医疗法用于干预儿童青少年近视的真实世界研究，全面收集患者的诊断、治疗及预后的连续性资料，并通过对这些数据的挖掘分析评价多种中医疗法用于防控儿童青少年近视在真实世界的实际疗效及安全性，并初步探索影响疗效的相关因素。

Objectives of Study：

Relying on the case registry system and HIS database we will conduct a hospital-based real-world study of multiple Chinese medical treatments used to intervene in children and adolescents with myopia comprehensively collect continuous data on patients' diagnosis treatment and prognosis and evaluate the actual efficacy and safety of multiple Chinese medical treatments used to prevent and control myopia in children and adolescents in the real world through mining and analyzing these data and preliminarily explore factors affecting efficacy. We will also explore the factors affecting the efficacy of these therapies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1） 年龄：6－18岁； （2） 等效球镜度数：﹣0.50D＜SE≤﹢0.75D（近视50度以下）；﹣6.00D＜SE≤﹣0.50D（近视50～600度之间）；SE≤﹣6.00D（近视600度以上）； （3） 矫正视力: 1.0或更好； （4） 同意参加试验，并由法定监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: 6-18 years old; (2) Equivalent Spherical Lens Degree: -0.50D＜SE≤"0.75D (myopia less than 50 degrees); -6.00D＜SE≤-0.50D (myopia between 50 and 600 degrees); SE≤-6.00D (myopia of 600 degrees) above); (3) Corrected visual acuity: 1.0 or better; (4) Agree to participate in the trial and have their legal guardian sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1） 患有影响视力的其他疾病； （2） 患有严重的全身性疾病； （3） 父母有一方或双方，单眼或双眼患有高度近视（SE高于-6.00D）者； （4） 正在使用其他方法干预或参与其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from other diseases that affect vision; (2) Suffering from serious systemic diseases; (3) Those who have one or both parents with high myopia (SE higher than -6.00D) in one or both eyes; (4) Those who are using other methods of intervention or participating in other studies.
