研究目的：

确定耳穴揿针对于改善乳腺癌术后伴抑郁状态患者的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Determining the efficacy and safety of ear acupuncture in patients with postoperative depression after breast cancer surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合乳腺的临床分期诊断(I，II，III期)，并行乳房全切术者； （2）年龄18~70岁，预计生存期大于３个月； （3）抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分＞50分且＜60分，汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分≥20分且＜35分，评分属于轻中度焦虑抑郁状态的患者； （4）病人意识清醒，配合治疗，可以在研究期间配合接受随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the clinical staging diagnosis of breast (stage I II III) and undergo total mastectomy; (2) Age 18-70 years old with expected survival >3 months; (3) Patients with a score of >50 and <60 on the Self-Depression Scale (SDS) and ≥20 and <35 on the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) with scores that fall into the mild to moderate anxiety and depression state; (4) Patients who were conscious cooperated with the treatment and could cooperate in receiving follow-up visits during the study period.

排除标准：

（1）乳腺癌临终危重患者； （2）合并严重的心、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统或其他恶性肿瘤者； （3）合并有凝血功能异常、慢性肝炎、原发或继发性的血小板减少性紫癜的患者； （4）既往已经诊断心理疾病及意识障碍病史； （5）既往有自杀倾向、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍或其他精神障碍类疾病的患者； （6）近期遭遇其他重大事件(如离异、丧偶等)或创伤性事件(如自然灾害、人为灾害等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Terminally critical patients with breast cancer; (2) Patients with the combination of severe cardiac cerebrovascular hepatic renal hematopoietic system or other malignant tumors; (3) Patients with combined abnormal coagulation function chronic hepatitis primary or secondary thrombocytopenic purpura; (4) Previously diagnosed mental illness and history of disorders of consciousness; (5) Patients with a history of suicidal tendencies schizophrenia bipolar disorder or other mental disorders; (6) Patients who have recently suffered other major events (e.g. divorce widowhood etc.) or traumatic events (e.g. natural disasters man-made disasters etc.). 盲法：

符合条件的患者随机以1：1比例接受耳穴揿针治疗，或耳穴假揿针治疗。独立工作人员帮助建立和管理随机化数据库。揿针组和假揿针组的患者对他们的组分配不知情。在每个疗程中，他们都在一个封闭的单元中接受治疗。除针灸师外，所有其他研究人员，包括统计学家、结果评估者和数据分析师，都对分组分配不知情。此外，针灸师没有参与结果评估或数据分析。

Blinding：

Eligible patients were randomly treated with Seirin Pyonex Needles on Auricular points or sham Seirin Pyonex Needles on Auricular points at a ratio of 1:1. Independent staff help to establish and manage the randomized database. Patients in both groups were unaware of their group assignment. During each session they were treated in a closed unit. Except for acupuncturists all other researchers including statisticians outcome evaluators and data analysts were unaware of the grouping assignment. In addition acupuncturists were not involved in the outcome evaluation or data analysis.
