研究目的：

探讨益气通络健腰方结合电针腰夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症（气虚血瘀证）临床疗效，为该方案在临床上的推广应用提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of Yiqitongluo Jianhuai prescription combined with electroacupuncture at Waijiaji point in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis) and to provide a basis for the promotion and application of this scheme in clinic

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合上述西医诊断标准； 2.符合中医气虚血瘀证辨证标准； 3.CT或MRI检查示腰椎间盘突出者； 4.年龄在20-80岁之间，男女不限； 5.愿加入本试验，并签署“知情同意书”者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the above diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; 2. It meets the standard of TCM Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome differentiation; 3. Lumbar disc herniation shown by CT or MRI; 4. Age 20-80 years old male or female; 5. Those who are willing to participate in this experiment and sign the "informed consent".

排除标准：

1.脊柱外科手术史； 2.严重脊柱创伤史； 3.影像学所见有脊柱骨质肿瘤、结核、骨质疏松等患者； 4.合并心血管、脑血管、造血、消化系系统等严重疾病或精神病患者； 5.妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； 6.肝肾功能异常者； 7.有其他自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病和急、慢性感染者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of spinal surgery; 2. History of severe spinal trauma; 3. Imaging findings showed spinal bone tumors tuberculosis osteoporosis and other patients; 4. Patients with cardiovascular cerebrovascular hematopoietic digestive system and other serious diseases or mental disorders; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 7. Other autoimmune diseases allergic diseases acute and chronic infections;
